We didnt't have a lot of time to spend while in town. The team at Jeff Schmitt were easy to work with, courteous and respectful of our time, and seamless from start to finish.

Jacob was great, easy to talk to and there to help rather than strictly trying to sell. Friendly environment and a good variety and great prices on inventory. Recommend at least stopping in if you’re looking to buy a car.

Bought a new Ford Explorer XLT off of Taylor, she was excellent. I would highly recommend her as a salesperson. She put up with us being super indecisive and my crazy kids until we found something we liked.

We had brought our 2015 GMC Terrain in for a safety recall on the windshield wiper system. While we were there, we also had them perform a fuel injection cleaning and decarbonize system.
Drew Simpson was our service advisor. He was very nice.and took very good care of us and our car. Thank you, Drew!

Times change. I was told today 12-30-22, that I couldn't get my car repaired as scheduled because I didn't order any parts. I was incredulous. Do I have to order oil for an oil change? Why was I responsible for ordering parts? Isn't that the responsibility of service. They screwed up and blamed it on me. What baloney. This ends my association with Schmidt. I first dealt with the dealership 25 years ago. I took my business to Goodyear just up the road. Next new car may be a Subaru. Schmidt Buick GMC is a bad joke.

Purchased a truck from them and was an absolute pleasure! They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. There’s no bs here, just straightforward and honest deals. Dealt with multiple dealers over the years and have always felt that the dealership was giving you, “the buyer” the shaft. This is not the case in the slightest at Jeff Schmitt GMC. Sales managers Scott and Ryan were upfront and fair along with being extremely personable. If you’re in the market for a new truck stop by and ask for Josh, you won’t be disappointed.

Took my Terrain today to ask about my oil usage. Drew helped me he went above and beyond what I asked help with. He was very polite and professional. He was super friendly. I left there feeling so much better about my car. This is why I take my car here, I always get great service.

Tim and Scott at GMC are absolutely wonderful! We searched for 9 months for our perfect vehicle and they hung in there with us throughout the process. We ended up knowing exactly what we wanted and even though it wasn’t on their lot, they traded with another dealer to make sure we were happy and purchasing our perfect Yukon XL. You guys are seriously the best and this won’t be the last you see of us! BTW everyone there is awesome. WHILE WAITING I DECIDED TO LOOK AROUND AT THE TRUCKS THEY HAD AS I HAD BEEN LOOKING TO BUY ONE AND HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND ONE I LIKED THAT WAS IN MY PRICE RANGE.

Taylor directed us to the right vehicle for us after we gave her our must have list. Very knowledgeable about the features. We appreciated the no pressure low key sales. Tim was very helpful with the financing portion. We are extremely happy and excited about our new vehicle. Definitely would recommend this dealership to our friends!

Love the service team of this dealership. I find it odd though, the sell new GMC vehicles but do not offer the GM branded extended warranty for new cars. They have an optional 3rd party warranty, but no GMC warranty. SVG GMC Motors in Springfield is the same way. I prefere manufacturers based warranties. My only disappointment. Great place and good people.
