I called Jeff the plumber to clear my main drain 12/28. They came out the same day and cleared the drain for a very reasonable price. Eric was very nice and explained things very clearly to me! They are great! I highly recommend them, and will defiantly use them again.

Do NOT hire them if you don’t want your belongings STOLEN! These thieves did work in my mother’s basement and stole tools that belong to my deceased father. When she contacted them regarding the missing items they completely dismissed her. Save yourself the grief and find someone else.

We have had to call them several times for different issues. They were very helpful and responsive. Will continue to use them and they are very reasonable.

We've been using Jeff the Plumber for over 30 years and they constantly exceed our expectations on any type of service we need. Our kitchen sink became clogged the evening of Thanksgiving and we called hoping they'd be able to come out in a few days. Much to our delight, they were able to come out the next day, they fixed the problem, cleaned the area they worked in and left with our kitchen looking as if they'd never been there! Jeff the Plumber has some of the most knowledgeable servicemen in the industry. They're friendly, professional and responsive to any questions we have.

We've been so satisfied with their service that other family members also use them exclusively. We wouldn't think about using any other company for our plumbing needs! Highly recommended!

Dominion shut off the gas to our business and Jeff the Plumber came out to assess the issues and fixed the plumbing issue the next day. Several other companies could not help us and where they failed Jeff the Plumber excelled. Our business has heat again!

Jeff the Plumber in the Akron area has done a variety of jobs at our house. They are timely, reliable, honest and I certainly recommend them.

We had a leaky water tank. I assumed we needed a new one. We called Jeff the plumber and Rich came out and said it was the supply one and I darn well he could have gotten me for a new tank. Thank you for being honest!

Driver of van 56 drives extremely dangerously. I have seen him on two separate occasions on 76 going over 80 mph cutting cars off and following way too closely. This morning cut a vehicle off so close o can’t believe they didn’t hit and caused them to almost hit the wall. Very bad representation of the company!

I really cant say nice enough stuff about them. Always a fair price and even gave me ways to save money! He was really nice and did the job really quick

I've been a Jeff's customer for 12 years. And their excellent service is the reason why.

Have used them on two separate occasions and have been very happy with the results on both occasions. First one I had them video my exterior downspouts to look for a break or blockage. Very friendly and went over and above working with us to try and determine the cause of the problem. The other time was addressing a clogged kitchen sink and they were able to unclog it in 30 minutes time.

Repair was completed, however, was seriously overcharged. They charged $193 for a part that sells for $40! When inquired about the cost, I was told they buy higher quality parts. Really? Callers beware and check your bill for extra charges also. Misc.truck supplies (he used nothing) $12.95. Jeff the Plumber price gouges! Company just called me back and offered a $45 credit. Wow, so they only ripped me off for about $100.

They want an outrageous amount just to give an estimate. Companies do this to lock you in. If your already paying them you probably will just continue to pay and more than likely not give another plumber a try. This is a huge red flag. Most will give free estimates and then you have time to seek others. Try another plumber.

Plummer arrived LATE but charged as if he'd been here on time. After two month, the toilet is not stable and rocks back and forth. I was promised that TIM would come and give a free estimate on remaining items that needed repaired. He never showed up. I've called TWICE about the rocking toilet, and no RESPONSE. I am seeking legal remedies and reporting them to the BBB as well. Don't call these folks.
