We called ahead and the vehicle we wanted to test drive was ready and waiting. Brian was very informative answering every question we had. Very friendly atmosphere.

This place is garbage. They’re great at communicating *up until* the sale. After that, you are SOL. They delivered us a damaged vehicle. We got a brand new Lyriq, their tint guy damaged the door, and it took weeks to get it fixed, and when they did, they messed up the P. O. When they delivered the vehicle, they had the wrong paperwork, and in the time it took them to get us sorted, our dealer registration expired, and they STILL haven’t sent us our paperwork or a new temporary registration, so we can’t even operate our vehicle for the last 2 WEEKS. You can’t reach anyone in the title dept, or finance. Voicemails are worthless because they never call back. When you finally manage to get a hold of Selwyn, you get “ok let me look into this and I’ll get back to you within the hour”. Of course, that never happens.
Salesperson told us we get a $1500 credit for charger setup at our house, but of course, they don’t actually cover that. The company they subcontract only covers the install of a wall outlet, into which you may plug a charger, but they say “don’t do that, it always trips the breaker”. So the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing and now we are out $600 on something they said was paid for.
And to this day, 2 months after our purchase, we still cannot even drive our vehicle because they haven’t gotten our paperwork. They are awful at communicating after the sale, they never complete the tasks they say they will, and when they mislead you about your buyer credits, they offer no remedy. On top of that, after I’d already made 2 payments, their finance department sent me a letter saying I’d been rejected for financing? Good luck getting a hold of someone to explain it to you. Unreal experience. Never would dream of doing business with this dealership ever again.

I have been trying for 2 months to get a deposit back for a car I ordered over 6 months ago. There was never any indication that the car would ever actually be built, and I went with something else. Over 12 phone calls, and the mythical sales manager Cedric is either not there, or not available, but would certainly call me back within a day/hour. I even reached out to the Cadillac Concierge service who have had similar luck getting a hold of Cedric to get my deposit refunded. If it's this hard to get them to even return a simple deposit, I hate to think of the runaround they must give customers who actually have a problem that needs to be dealt with. Plenty of other dealers to choose from, but I'll avoid every one with Wyler in the name.

Tony was an excellent sales assistant who helped us test drive several cars. He was courteous and professional at all times! The reason we didn’t buy a car was because we had budgeted a certain amount and we could find nothing in our price range.

I highly recommend my sales team, Cedric Glover- GSM, Anthony G, and Selwyn at Jeff Wyler Cadillac!
My husband and I went to speak with Cedric regarding an issue we had been having with Kia, previous vehicle. Cedric listened and began working on a solution. With Anthony's help, we left feeling heard, unlike what we had previously experienced. The care, attention we received and the professionalism was indeed top rated. We left with a beautiful new car and peace of mind!
I must also mention Selwyn, who took care of the paperwork, all were great to work with! Thank you to those individuals at Jeff Wyler Cadillac!
