If your looking for a car I highly recommend charles Glover at Jeff Wyler eastgate Nissan great guy
Customer Service is ALWAYS top notch! Grateful for every maintenence appointment and diagnostic service!
James and Julian were our sales reps and they were amazing! Very easy to work with and they went above and beyond to get us everything we wanted. Would highly recommend Jeff Wyler and Julian and James!
Great experience working with Anthony. He was very helpful to get our daughter into her first car.
Went to Nissan to get a new car, James helped us with the car and made it a very smooth transition. Most car places wouldn’t include me into the conversation or talk to me directly. He kept me in the loop and helped make this a very smooth time buying a new car.
Charles and Julian made this experience quite wonderful with their fun personalities and funny humor, kept it fun and quick as they could. Very enjoyable to work with.
Went to the dealership with my sister today at Jeff Wyler Nissan and James was an awesome salesman. If I should ever decide to get a Nissan I would definitely ask for James.
There always seems to be some unexpected aditional charge which isn't included in the pre-purchased oil change, tire rotation & multi-inspection package. This time it was to change (or add) brake fluid, for $189! There has to be huge unconscionable profit in that process, even after the service desk managed to "find" a $20 discount coupon. Funny thing, after tax & a "shop charge" my bill was about $199. I'm sure your business model includes hitting people with these overpriced extras, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
My family has bought at least 7 vehicles through Jeff Wyler of Eastgate. I swore by them, I suggested them to everyone, increasing their business. I know of those we suggested bought off them, as well. However, unfortunately, they have lost my business. My husband and I went there to buy a car. We were choosing this location or Colerain. I wanted a 2018 Rogue. I called this facility making them aware of the dilemma about going there or Colerain. (Colerain was closer). Antonia assured me if we come to eastgate they would give me a good deal. Even having the manager call me offering me a new rogue at the cost of the 2018 of course we ran for that discount. He seemed sweet. Upon completion I noticed he didn’t reduce the rogue, I reminded him that I was promised a reduction by the manager, he asked the manager. The manager refused. My car had blown up and we were in a pickle, so we went forward with the purchase. Antonia said I would need to come back in two weeks to get floor mates and I would receive a review but encouraged me not to fill it out until I returned. I did as he suggested. We received a usb with all the info and during the end of the sales they went so fast I could not register all the info. But from previous experiences we trusted all was kosher. Anyhow after two weeks we were alerted the mats were in. As soon as we pull into to Jeff Wylers Antonio meets me at my car and ask me to pull the review up on my phone. He proceeds to fill it out himself. I never seen it or wrote any review he did. Once he completed the review he was out of there like nothing. Something alerted me so I went home, put the usb in and noticed extra hidden charges. One was for a spray of over a $1000. The other one was the floor mats were $2800. I called immediately and spoke to the one who completed the paper work I explained the charges and he informed me of what the hidden charges were. Not once was I asked for a spray or to purchase floor mates. I would have bought my own for that much. I suggested we bring the mates back for refund and also mentioned I didn’t authorize a spray for $1000. The gentlemen said when we were filling out your paperwork they were spraying your car. I said I was told they were filling my car up with gas, he refused to reimburse me. He told me I can reimburse you for all the warranties but not the spray or have you return the mates. This has bothered me so much. I really don’t know what to do about it. Watch out for Antonia and Jeff Wyler in Eastgate, you will be taken.
James took very good care of us while we were looking a new car. He worked with us and made this purchase very easy and explained everything.
James was fantastic, My experience at purchasing a new vehicle was great. This is my 5th Wyler car.
