This company has fell to complete trash, order after order mess ups, call for tracking, updates and countless times of still never receiving a email with information needed. Finishing up the orders I have placed and I will be absolutely done with this trash company. Summit is the place to go
Piss poor communication. Takes forever to get someone on the phone. Wont cancel order on backorderd products. Make returns as hard as they can. I dont know how they are still in business.
The fuel pump for my efi went out after 15 years and the Edelbrock pump was on backorder. Tech support was very helpful in finding a replacement fuel pump for my Edelbrock Pro-Flo system. Engine fired up first truck after priming system. Engine has been running for a week with no problems!
Made an online purchase for an 11’ Mustang. Some fuel injectors and a JEGS Performance Fuel Pump. Fast shipping, no issues with install and no damage! Items came in packed for secure unboxing, all parts fit exactly. Thank you! Will order again soon.
Excellent company with great pricing. Had minor damage from shipping on some oil I ordered and they replaced with new. Great customer service from what I have experienced and would highly recommend.
The item was suppose to be delivered on a specific day as it was back ordered. Day came and passed no contact from them i them got the run around they couldn’t find my order even after I came them all confirmation numbers. Then someone miraculously found it and told me it would be here in 4-5 days. This after waiting 3 weeks. Not sure what is happening at JEGS. But I’m my 25 years of purchasing never seen anything like this. I remember when you spoke with car people there.
Pricing was great. I checked out as a guest the website didn't recognize me anymore. There was only one part Jeggs didn't have for my vehicle. All the parts I ordered came in timely. I would buy from Jeggs again.

I did not like my experience I ordered one time package did not make it to my porch called JEGS. I on hold for over an hour just to be told basically it's not a problem. They said they would call me back in 2 days to resolve the issue it's been 2 weeks I called again just to be placed on hold for over an hour with no result. Now I have to go by my headers for my 85 Monte Carlo somewhere else and I got beat for my money this place sucks.
Horrible parts sourcing. Box comes in fine from shipping, part inside box all dented and clearly they pulled that at wharehouse. Then wrong parts shipped and teying to get a return is a 1 hour hold. Nothing but a hassle.
Terrible! I had to order And pay for item twice to get correct piece! I was charged shipping 3 ways and not reimbursed on the faulty 1st part shipping to and from Jegs.
Website easy to navigate. Shipping was quick & item well packaged. Item appears to be good quality but have not installed yet.

Ordered a cowl induction hood. First one showed up damaged and was returned on the spot. Contacted Jegs and customer service made the transaction easy, sent out a new very quickly, and it arrived in perfect condition. The whole transaction was easy, and I felt like they cared about me as a customer. With the lowest price I could find, and the great customer service, they made me a life long customer. Thanks Jegs.
