Jems Hair and Nail Salon, Norwalk OH

I had my wedding in September and got all of mine and my bridal parties hair done here. Everything turned out perfect, and we were out before the time we needed to be, which is always a plus on your wedding day! It was also really affordable, and we absolutely loved the experience!

Great place. I am usually uncomfortable in any salon, but they are so sweet and welcoming.
My hair has never looked so good!

Went in today and got a pedicure. The lady who did them was absolutely wonderful and was great conversation. However it’s been 8 hours since my pedicure and my polish is already chipping off. Granite I got the regular polish instead of gel but that was due to price. I haven’t done anything super crazy today to cause any chipping. However even when I paint my nails at home it last longer than 8 hours. The lady who did my toes, the fact she was so genuine is the only reason I left 2 stars ️

Emily does such a great job with hair! My first time getting highlights and I love it! Staff is very friendly. I will recommend JEMS to anyone looking to get hair and nails done!

Went in to get my finger nails and toe nails painted paid $78 and 2 days later my polish on my toes is chipping off and when i kindly messaged jems on Facebook whoever runs the page was ignoring my messages. I will never go back!

Hair dresser knows how to cut hair, experienced. Taking precautions for the virus. Clean and friendly.

Had my nails done on the 1st my left hand fell off bit the last one off today! I am disabled so I do not do factory work, I clean house I do dishes and cook dinner. I do nothing hard to abusing my nails and they fell off pretty quick. Very heartbreaking cuz they are the most easy-going friendliest people in the world, I will not go back!

Everyone is super friendly and nice. Prices are great and they are gentle when doing your nails
