Be sure to check whether they actually have the item when ordering online. We have tried to order items from them on two occasions where, the item was not marked as out of stock but, we were told it was on backorder. Both times, we had to cancel because they couldn't even get a lead time for delivery. Jendco, be clear about what you have and what you don't.

You sure you want me to do this? I mean you asked for a review, right? I ordered two items. You emailed that you would not be able to supply one item for several weeks after I need it. I emailed to cancel the item. I got it elsewhere. I called to find out about the billing. You'd already charged me full price for both items. You told me that the second item was actually available and had already shipped. Unlike the first item and your useless magazine, which you proudly sent shipping update notices about, no such notices came for the second - cancelled - item. No second arrived. You lied. Moreover, you said you'd send instructions on how to return the item when it did arrive. No instructions have been sent. I'll do business elsewhere.

Excellent supply company with great service and reasonable prices. One of the few places that gets the job done! Web page is nicely designed and informs you if stock is low before you place your order. Was easy to locate what I needed. I highly recommend Jendco.

They take too long to make the delivery and the date of the delivery is not respected. I wouldn't buy again.
