Jersey Mike's Subs, Westlake OH

This has yo have been the worst service i have ever experienced at a food service. The servers were absolutely terrible personalities. They were really rude and and had no patience yo explain what was going on. I will not return to this place and will tell anyone who asks not to either!

This place is great. But be warned, despite the workers doing all they can do not go here during lunch hour in a hurry. Expect to wait 15 minutes or so. There's not a whole lot of seating either. The parking lot is a mess as well thanks to construction happening next to them. Through all of the frustration, the workers here tend to be nice and try to keep moving

Went in order #2 was not right. Went to pay sign said 7.95 charge me 9.95 said prices went up.

Had to give a two star review. Didn't ask for onions but got them. Didn't ask for oil and vinegar it got it. I had to do work on the sub before i ate it. Ahouldnt have to do that. Gotta do better.

I go to this location multiple times a week and everything about the food, service, and employees are amazing! Food is great, store is clean, and the employees are extremely friendly! I have never had a bad experience!

When I walked in a man behind the counter with luscious brown hair greeted me. His voice the sound of soft summer flowers. Right above his massive peck, oh what strong muscles he had, there was a name tag. The most beautiful name I have ever heard. Ashton. I tear dropped from my eye. At that very moment I started to throb, oh I was throbbing. The smell of his lumber jack sent warmed my heart. I didn’t even care about my steak and cheese with extra peppers. All I cared about was him. I wanted him. I wanted him all to my self in the jersey mikes bathroom. Ashton if you’re reading this. I love you, please call me.

Everything looked very fresh but it just wasn't that great. Maybe a bad day, I don't know. But there are better options in the area.

Subs here are always better than the rest of the chains. Jersey Mike's is always the way to go. They really know how to pile the sub high with toppings, which makes them great.

My whole sub was messed up i needed wheat bread they gave me white and they put stuff on it i asked for it off also asked for jalapeños on side and i didn't get any

Went for lunch, ordered a cold sandwich, giant, extra meat and cheese. Almost 20 dollars. Not even close on the meat and cheese. I rarely call and complain but I can't afford Jersey Mikes that often so when I do I need what I play for. I called, nobody picked up. There were four employees and the boss. How did I know it was the boss? Dressed nice and getting in the way. I ended up leaving a voice-mail but nobody called back. Why should I ever go back. So many places to close from. Your loss.

Workers were great. Food was good. Restaurant was clean. My only negative was that there are no paper towels in the bathroom. I get disgusted when I have to dry my hands with an air dryer and then grab the door knob to let myself out. Feels like I need to wash my hands again before I eat.

Not sure how restaurants don't get that by now. It's like the server who hands you a drink (or a cup) while holding the rim you are about to put your lips on.

Reminded me very much of a Jimmy Johns by looks. I didn't realize my subway cooked and hot. Quite a pleasant surprise. Will try again, definitely.

Not a single person in store at 430 on a Sunday but was told after ordering it’d be a 20 min. Wai

Ordered off of DoorDash and dasher dropped off wrong order, called jersey mikes and they made us new food and refunded our order. Food was gas.

Never will eat subway again! Everytime I come to jersey mike’s it always fresh and good. I get my moneys worth of meat and anything else I want. I’ve never had an issue with any of my orders.

Honestly this location has employees, but they are all long hair, tattooed guys.that seem to have an internal language among themselves.it's not cool.it's kind of offensive. Not sure if I'm going back.so wish DeBella's would come to the west side and close these places.

I was there today for lunch I spent over $21 for myself one person to go and they couldn't even put napkins in the bag they just put my sandwich up on the counter and assumed that it was my food or I was supposed to know it was my food didn't ask for a name or anything bad customer service
