Jersey Mike's Subs, Heath OH

Well this is my place of choice over subway but completely ignoring your LUNCH BREAK line, I paid 10$ for a CLUB and I get 3 stripes of BACON on a regular, PATHETIC this is the first time and ONLY time she wanted to charge me more! F your tips and your service is call her name but I didn’t have time I’m hungry had to HURRY!

Normally we have no problem with their subs but getting them tonight it was like getting subway subs but at a lot higher price. There was hardly no meat on them at all. For the price they charge it would be nice to at least get my money's worth. If this keeps up I won't be getting them anymore.

Wrong bread and pepperoni had plastic on it would not answer phone to let them know “hey your cutting with plastic on pepperoni. ”

The worst sub place i ever been to, i love jersey mikes the the employees here are a joke, i wouldnt trust this place to make a lunchable

I got all the way home and realized they forgot to put my son's sandwich in the bag. I tried to call and the number rings busy. The food is always good but they are slacking on their service.

Always love me some Jersey Mike's. Cut meat and cheese to order. Excellent hot subs. I love the Phillies. There was a long line when we arrived. It moved through quickly. Worth the short wait.

My sub was not made anything close to what I had ordered. I think too many people were giving orders and no one could hear. One thing, I distinctly ordered light Mayo and received heavy ranch.it was take out so I guess it was my fault for not checking there.

Excellent food and super friendly staff and service compared to the bad attitude mount Vernon Mike's. ️

The #56 was fantastic and giving all proceeds to the USA Special Olympics was even better. The shop was packed because of the Special Olympics giving, but the staff handled us very well.

Hardly anything on my sub. I ordered a steak portobello mushroom sub and I paid extra for the mushrooms and there was maybe 3 little tiny ones on it.

Online order did not place so had to order in store. Watched the cashier ring out orders with cash then start making someone elses order without changing her gloves. Disappointed to say the least and PRICES ARE WAY TOO HIGH for the SMALL sub, chips and drink that I bought.

Also, my receipt was not given to me but instead theown i to the trash.

Good subs. I wish they still had all the toppings they used to have, but it's not their fault.

This place is a joke went in there today the lady with the red hair was more focused on talking to the other employees about me then doing there job… the cashier lady shorted me both times on my cash back 6 dollars the first time and a dollar the second time after buying a drink…. Watch these people working there

Great quality food, tried it on a whim, highly recommend for a quick sub fix. The meat tasted home made and fresh, online ordering could have been a little more clear and with a few more customizable options, but I understand the limitations. I would oder in person for correctness. Other than that its awesome for a surprise dinner:)

First order was great. But it's been downhill ever since. The subs are slapped together, they forget my chocolate cookie almost Everytime, as well as napkins. You think a 10$ tip for driving 3 miles to my house would make sure that didn't happen. But it doesn't. Hopefully they hire better people.

Friendly service. Delicious sub. I'm not sure qhats in the spice end, but it made all the difference. This was my first time at Jersey Mike's, it won't be my last.
