14Chicken sub was soo dry! I gave Mike’s another chance and the steak was dry as well this time. Had it 10 years ago wasn’t impressed so I would give it another try, this was the result. Bring sauce!
This was the worst experience I have ever had. We walked in and the place was empty. We walked up to the counter and were ignore by the 3 workers. 1 worker was making subs but they all failed to even acknowledge we were there. Two of the workers were spending their time arguing back and forth. We were very patient and needed up leaving after 10 minutes of being ignored. Not even one said we will be with you shortly. I will never give this store business and will tell everyone I know. I have never seen such disrespect as a customer.

Ah, Jersey Mike's, a place of promise that, upon our recent visit, reduced itself to the epitome of dismal customer service. The walls echoed with the melancholy of abandonment as we, famished guests, waited a quarter of an hour in an empty chasm of disregard. Patience turned to torment under the unwelcoming gaze of Chronos. It was as if we had wandered into an episode from 'The Twilight Zone', invisible to the world.
The staff, shrouded in the disarray of tardiness and the vestiges of missed alarms, shambled around as though touched by the spectral hand of ennui itself. They appeared like phantoms emerging from an ether of neglect, far removed from the ethos of service with which they should have been imbued.
In lieu of smiles or the faintest inkling of courtesy, we were greeted with demeanors as icy and unnerving as a wintertide crypt. It seemed as though each staff member, in their own unique way, bore an unsettling resemblance to Poe's raven, perched upon the bust of Pallas, coldly declaring "Nevermore" to the very concept of customer satisfaction.
Oh, Jersey Mike's, what a pitiful spectacle you have become, a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. The gloomy depths of your customer service serve as a stark reminder of how far the noble art of hospitality has fallen. Perhaps, like the House of Usher, it's time for a catastrophic downfall to allow for a hopeful rebirth.
Friendly employees, love them all, they know my order to a tee! Fast, funny, and hardworking employees, they know how to make people happy!
Get the wrong meat on a sandwich when you have it delivered. Very disappointed as it made the whole sandwich not taste right. Chicken bacon ranch sandwich with no chicken.
Fantastic all around. Way better than westlake. Owner at westlake walks around in his cool JM gear and does nothing but slow down operations. I've been in food service 26 years. North olmsted knows how to do it. Don't waste your money at Westlake,
A little oil and vinegar heavy if you don't ask for it to be light, but if you're in person and ask for light oil and vinegar it is perfect!
Price gouging at its finest. They give you very little for what you pay, asked for xtra meat and they put a few slices on there when I asked if that was xtra they told me “this isn’t subway. ” Not only disappointed in the quality of sub but also the customer service. This location needs some etiquette.
Literally everything was wrong, the subs were sub par and the prices were outrageous for what we got.
Ordered a sub without jalapeños and they added them anyways! I don't eat them because they cause blisters on my lips and I surprisingly bit into one.
Just the best Sub-sandwiches, good portions, bread, meat, cheese and condoments: LTO. A bi-monthly regular. Thank you.
My spouse loves their subs. I prefer toasted subs, which is not something they offer. The day I went there to place an order for my spouse, in the early afternoon, I was only 1 of 2 customers. I expected them to be much busier, based on my spouse's opinion of their food. Service was great and the dining area was clean.
This was my first time going to Jersey Mike’s, and all I can say is my experience was ok. I mentioned a couple times that it was my first time. Not that big off a deal. They didn’t seem to care. I also saw/heard that you get a free cookie if it’s your first time lol nope not true. When I asked the manager his face said to me is she crazy then blatantly said no, and then gave me a smile but, not a smile like I’m sorry you don’t get a free cookie smile but a smile like is she serious. Haha Yes sir I’m serious I dont joke about cookies especially if there is a free one. I dont think cookies are anything to joke about. I could be wrong maybe that’s just at certain Jersey Mike’s. So I just bought a cookie. It was a great cookie. Other than that the food was delicious. I was so excited to be there and left the experience feeling a little annoyed. What about you ask yep you guessed it not getting a free cookie. Anyways I will be back because the food was good. Just don’t go in there thinking you will get a cookie. You will be disappointed and left with no cookie. Worst combo. If I was him I would of gave me that cookie. I looked like a sad puppy when he said no to the cookie. Lol but hey it’s cool. I still enjoyed the one I payed for.
