Jersey Mike's Subs, Gahanna OH

Have been ordering the same sub for years. Stickball plain and substitute pepperoni for the solami and now they want to charge extra. Same amount of meat but want to charge 2.25. I call that stealing and the reason given for this was under new ownership. It's not the money it's the principal so will not be going back.

Hired me and told me later that they didn’t need minors and basically kept me on standby- lovely

I rarely go to this location, every time i do it disappoints.this time i was handed my online order and when i got home it was missing over half the toppings i asked for, it was soggy and gross.just drive another 10 minutes to north hamilton location or to new albany location.they have better service, better food, and you’ll be happy to make that commute when u see how much a difference those 2 locations are.also when i walked in they bashed me over the head with a metal rod and set me on fire so i will not be going here again (they suck)

Awful lazy location who don’t care about anything. I ordered the most basic sub cheese meat and lettuce and cucumbers, they make it drenched in mayo so i get a remake and the remake is messed up to like how lazy can you guys be? Will never be back to this jimmy jon’s.awful service.idiots.

After waiting on the phone for well over 6 minutes and hearing four others being waited on before I was even answered, my wife and I hang up and drive the 20 minutes to them and make the order. When we finally got home with it, my wife’s sub had NO MEAT. She only asked for no onion and peppers. Apparently that means no meat to them as well. This was our first time with them and will be the last. Definitely not deserving of the tip she left.

This must be the worst place to work. I visited on 7/29/23. After I waited 5 mins for someone to take my order (took another 5 mins), I noticed one young man with his back to me never acknowledging my presence. He was literally spinning a rag around, the other young man stepped in the back (but in view of customers) and fell asleep standing.

Tracey was absolutely wonderful with being helpful with our Graduation Party order. The food was ready on time, fresh, wrapped and labeled, condiments on the side so they weren’t soggy. I would recommend this Jersey Mikes for anyone interested in using them for a party. Excellent service.

Most of the staff was nice. Super busy which max the kid making the sandwiches rush, forgetting things as he went. The bathroom however was surprisingly gross. Idk even know how long one must go not cleaning a toilet seat for that stain to develop.

Not impressed with the staff that I saw today as a first time customer at this location. I ordered the Portabella Mushroom @ Swiss sandwich online added bacon to it. I selected this sandwich because I love portabellas and the option to add the bacon was intriguing, I'm not vegetarian by any means. After I collected my order, I got to my car and took a few bites. At first I noticed that there were no green peppers on the sub (which is listed in the description of the sub), then I saw that there was cheesesteak on the sub as well. I contemplated just eating the sub but decided to get a new one because I wanted what I ordered. When I brought the sub back in, I mentioned the peppers were missing and the extra meat was on the sub. Instead of realizing that the sub was made incorrectly, the lady at the counter argued with me about the fact that I added bacon to my sub so that's why there was meat on it. It took three times to explain to the staff that the sub that is advertised does not come with cheesesteak on it, hence it being in the Meatless section of their menu. I asked for a new one to be made. Once the new one was made and wrapped up I was asked again if I wanted bacon on the sandwich. I said yes I asked for bacon. The guy had to unwrap the sub and put bacon on it, and he did so WITHOUT ANY GLOVES ON. TOUCHING THE BACON AND MY SUB WITH HIS BARE HANDS. I was over it at this point and left with my sandwich. I won't be returning to this location.

Jamison and Amanda are a great asset to your team! They are knocking out quality “subs in a tub” and in great time. The way they prepare and present your product is awesome! Thanks for lunch guys!

Although there were a few people ahead of me, the staff that was present worked quickly and were professional and courteous. The dining area was very clean. The sandwich was really good. My go-to for a sub sandwich. Recommended
