Jet's Pizza, Middleburg Heights OH

The manager named Dan was extremely rude and behaved inappropriately. I asked a simple question and his response was snarky, when I asked him about why my pizza wasn’t made properly he snatched my card and receipt from his employee and told me to take it up with corporate.

They do great job with pizza, with a bazillion options.the salads are super fresh and staff is so friendly. Tip them well!

I order from Jets regularly, and its always great, but you have to remind them you have a sauce on the side. If you don't remind them, they don't give it to you. The sauce is cheap like 1 dollar but I minus 2 stars bc you can't get my order right 90% of the time. I shouldn't have to baby a business to make sure it's in the box.

They still can't put your sauces in the box for some reason. Lowered to 2 stars.

I'll still order from here but I will check my orders like I have to do kindergartners. No idea how they make the pizza so good consistently it's quite amazing. But then you have to remind them of what your order was to get all of it lol.

The pizza itself is ok. But I ordered light sauce and it literally gooshed out when i took a bite! Then, the pickup was a joke. I had no idea you had to wait in your car and try to call. Which took me about eight times of calling before I could finally get through. It was a hot mess, not worth the frustration after work.

Something wrong with employees. They don’t listen to the customer and don’t provide what we asked for.

We have ordered from Jets for awhile now. We love the deluxe. Ordered one yesterday to pick up. Terrible, this is the 2nd time. No toppings. 5 mushrooms. The sauce was not even noticeable. Toppings were so skimpy. Very disappointing.

Everything we’ve ever ordered has been consistently incredible. Greatest food, awesome customer service, all the delivery people are awesome.

Tried ordering just got dial tone called Parma there phones worked fine 4th time this has happened.

Order $53 worth of pizza and both pizzas were wrong on top of that when my wife called the manager Dan was rude and almost almost hung up on my wife.get a life a Dan we expected an apology not an attitude

The space is great, dark open area with bar in the middle. We had a few good pizzas and some beer for my Moms birthday!

My favorite pizza place, great food made in a timely fashion. Although they have on occasion made a few mistakes on some of my orders, they will usually correct them quickly & with no issue. Always recommend to friends!

I'm used to Jet Pizza in Bowling Green who do wonderful pizza, but I paid for 2 pizzas, doughy crust, not cooked long enough.

Their pizza is always delicious! One time they accidently overcharged me and after I spoke to the manager they immediately took care of the mistake! They're one of my top favorite pizza shops!

This is one our favorite joints. We even buckle it in when we bring it back because we want it to be safe. #allgrowdup Even Burger King prefers Jet’s Pizza.

Customer Service 2.5 it's a bunch of kids.don't expect too much. Pizza = 5 stars! I'm not a pizza lover, though I've eaten plenty of pizza, this was undoubtedly the BEST pizza I've ever eaten in my 50 yrs!

Good pizza. The can never get the orders right. 3 of the last 4 times I order there the messed up my pizza. I told the manager about it and he walked away without saying a word. I'll never order a pizza from them again

My Girlfriend raves about this place and their turbo crust so we tried them tonight. 3 topping with turbo crust was $19! Sticker shock lol but she loves it.

Chicken Parmesan pizza was so yummy even better they accidentally gave my pizza away so I got a free one. They gave me my money back thanks to the manager​ nice guy thanks jetts pizza

It's Jets I expect it to be the very best. Yet to come to the Treasure Coast of Florida but worth the 45 min trip from Spencer Ohio.

Absolutely my favorite pizza in this area. Love the thick crust and high quality toppings. Good customer service as well.
