The pizza is also delicious. The employee who always goes above and beyond for me is Gwen. She's amazing.

Pick up took 20 minutes longer than pick up time I was given, which I spent waiting in the parking lot and they shorted me on my order. Not happy.

Outstanding deep dish pizza. If you like the different meat toppings try the all meaty it is delicious. We got the brownie dessert and it was very tasty. We ordered on line and it was ready when we got there right when they said it was ready.

Order placed at 9: 38AM for 11: 30 pickup: two subs, one small pizza, and one order of bread sticks. The receipt/ticket was printed at 11: 11AM, but food was not available until 11: 53AM.

Absolutely the best pizza chain out of all the others i've tried. If you enjoy pizza from NY, this place, Jets pizza makes it just like it!

I jet love their pizza, specially their Chicago deep dish. I had placed in an order for my co-workers to try jet pizza and Greek salad for the first time and they just love it. They are upset at the fact they do not deliver nor is there a jet pizza in Neww Carlisle, Ohio.

Woot woot jets is from Detroit and I love the square pizza here especially with the little bold pepperoni and turbo crust.and the jet 10 is great also.you gotta try one

Pizza is usually made right and on time-ish for carryout. Sides are typical and pretty much wysiwyg. No chips or fountain drinks, but cold bottled Pepsi products are available.

I come for the spicy ("bold") pepperoni, the cup-shaped ones in the photo; they aren't too spicy, but do have a pleasantly slight kick and get super crispy. The mushrooms are canned, IMO a good thing, and bacon is flavorful and smoky but seems to be almost entirely fat. Lots of grease on the bottom. Regular crust pizzas are cut into slices, deep dish and thin crust are in squares.

This store is takeout and delivery only, there are no tables or restrooms, just a bench for waiting. Which someone should really clean behind BTW. Otherwise the inside seems pretty clean, tho the outside is often kind of trash filled.

I went to the Huber Height location to pick up a party tray pizza. They had only made one large, instead. They quickly prepared a second large pizza to accommodate my order, which, combined with the first, gave us the same amount as was ordered. They apologized for the error & even gave me both pizzas at no cost (which they clearly did not have to do) to make up for the mistake and for the minimal wait I incurred. What they did not realize was this: the pizza was part of a spread put together for my recently deceased mother’s memorial gathering at our home. I just can’t explain how much this helped, considering what my family & I had been going through. They made a hard day just a bit easier, and for that, I am truly thankful.

I ordered a pizza from here on a week night at 8: 15pm and my pizza was delivered at 9: 30pm cold. I live no more than half a mile away from the place. Enough said.
After contacting corporate the store manager called me and made it right. He gave me credit for my bad experience and when I ordered from them a few days ago, it was absolutely delicious. Thanks for righting things with me.

1 of my favorite local places to order from.we are 2 blocks away & always get hot food!

There pizza is the best pizza ever not much to complain about so everybody it is a very good place to eat I love there sausage deep dish pizza the best man it is sooooo good I love it

Food was cold, and burnt and extremely greasy not like other jets and These people are completely unprofessional and rude. They don’t care about pleasing the customer only making money and slopping sauce on dough. I called and ask them about their deep dish duo and cheese bread and asked if it was he same thing as their regular cheese bread.the GENERAL MANAGER said it was the same thing. I asked TWICE because I wanted to make sure before I bought it. We ordered got it and it was NOT the same thing. We didn’t eat it and called back in less than 15 minutes after we got our food and told them it was not the same thing and could we exchange it for regular cheese bread. He said technically they did their job so that is not an option. Seems the GEENRAM MANAGER was more concerned with being right than pleasing a customer. A multi million dollar company wouldn’t exchange cheese bread that cost a fraction of what they make when they didn’t clarify and I even asked before I placed the order. They had me on hold for 15 minutes and passed me along and I had to re explain twice just to tell me oh well deal with it. On top of that pizza was cold, edges were burnt and nasty and I LOVE jets but this location was horrible.if I could give 0 stars I would.

Placed an order they took the money out of my card. 10 minutes later they called me back saying they don't have the steak that I ordered and offered to replace it. I made replacement order then cancel my card then charged me for the new order and said I could receive the money back in 2 to 3 days for the 1st order they cancel. Very disappointed

Normally I would give a 5 but last week after waiting 45 minutes, they had given my pizza to someone else and wanted me to wait or get a refund, so I took the refund and left empty handed and hungry.

Just a note, this review in no way judges the quality of the pizza, I still think the pizza is outstanding!

Pizza has slowly gotten worse. Start cooking your bacon before you bake the pizza! 3/4 of bacon is basically raw fat cubes!

Very clean store. Store manager very curtious. Food was perfect. Parking is directly in front of the store. No competing with delivery drivers for parking.

I love their BLT pizza! The staff is great! We live out of their delivery area but when we want pizza we drive there instead of ordering locally.

Apparently they stop delivering food a good minute before they close? And their online ordering is trash

It's the best pizza around especially their deep dish. You'd have to drive to Chicago or Detroit to find something comparable to Jets Pizza.
