This place still charges the same high price but doesn't provide any of the free services that used to come with it. However they will do the checks that will give them an opportunity to upwelling other services (tire rotation, air filter, synthetic oil that RECOMMENDED BY THE CAR MANUFACTURER.) I will only use again as a last resort. Sorry

They don't know what they are doing. Waited more then fours to found they had a wrong parts installed in my car. Do not go to this terrible place as they will destroy your car.

My only complaint was that I was told out would be 30 minutes and it took over an hour and half. Also, the coupon could have been better since I have to get full synthetic.

I will never come to this place again. Horrible service and bad customer service. They only knows how to change oil and nothing else.

Went there for oil change around 4: 45 pm that day and asked they check little noice I hear when turning left or right while driving slowly. They said it was the CV axles and took the parts apart but had to put it back together and asked that I come the next day as it was already 7: 30 pm and they normally close at 7pm. I drove out and less than 2 mile away the car broke down on the highway make weird scary noices and I called the police then the toll truck and asked they drop the car at the shop as they were closed and no one responding the phone. I was charged $130 by the toll company. The next day, I asked that the shop reimbursed me but they refused and said it was not their fault. Gave me the corporate number to call and I heard same nonsense on the phone. Mind you, that was the first time ever that I had that happen and first time trying changing anything on my car that is now 5 year old, first owner. Nevertheless they replace only one CV axle next day Friday and asked that I come back on Sunday for the other one to be replaced. I had to rent a car that day to go to Maryland as I had to deal with a family matter there and come back on Saturday for my car to get fixed on Sunday. Total expense at the shop including towing $515. Car rental $121, Lyft cab $12. Worse experience ever. I never had this happen to me before and will never use Jeffy lube again. The worse part is that I stll hear that noice again that seems to come from the steering wheel and I am planning to have 2 different shops diagnose it before I make another move. Lesson learned: Never trust a mechanic diagnostic before getting a second opinion from someone else.

The guy who came out to my car was polite and gave me the prices for an oil change. They were really fast which was awesome because it was a really cold day and the waiting room was FREEZING! The guy who took my payment was friendly and professional. My only complaint is to turn the heat on! It was excessively cold and not comfortable for your customers.

Was here for a oil change and tire rotation. Three guys were working on my car and one of them was holding a phone the whole time while on the job. Are jiffy techs specially trained working with only one hand?

Feel like they falsely evaluated the condition of my rear brakes in order to sell me both brakes & rotors! They had me over a barrel because they were also doing my vehicle inspection for my Uber clearance. Said they couldn't pass my brakes. I looked at both the rotors & pads once they started. Very little wear on the rotors & a good 1/4" above the wear bar (chirper) on the pads. $270 for 2 wheels. All because I asked him to check the wear on my rear brakes.

Oil changes are done quickly. Break service is a bit slow and the customer service is hit or miss depending on who's working. But overall I do like this location and they do always get me taken care of.

There were a few people in front of me so I had to wait an hour for an oil change. That wasn't the bad part.bad part was the price for an oil change is ridiculously high!

Cedric was very knowledgeable and took care of my AC right away. I expected to be there for at least an hr, it took only about 25 min and I was out the door. I just wish they offered more services, I would go their for everything. Thanks Cedric and Brandon, it was a nice experience

Guys I interacted with were courteous and professional BUT but it took two hours to change oil and flush radiator.ridiculous

Following protocol is very important when working with vehicles and these guys take pride in it. They seem nervous when a customer observers them. Some questions couldn't be answered about manufacturers specifications. Didn't recommend any other service. Was going to get coolant flush but they didn't seem interested in making money. Vehicle was not vacuumed properly. Had to pull back in. Oil finger prints on outside and inside on steering wheel.

Started great but then I agreed to brakes. Sat there for 3hrs and finally once I said just put my old pads back on the new ones arrived. Also noticed while out there my old pads weren't worn 50%, I mean come on. It is a fleet vehicle but not cool to rip people off.

No need to go anywhere else!

I've been using Jiffy Lube in Forest Park for a couple years. They go out of their way to make sure I am taken care of promptly and effectively EVERY TIME. From oil changes to brake pads and rotors - they always make sure I'm informed if they see anything out of the ordinary and do a killer job.

I will drive out of my way to use this location and their service. Customer service is second to none and their care for their customers and work quality is beyond evident!

Hands down.

Quick, courteous and really nice! Definitely worth a trip for an oil change and simple maintenance.
