I stopped in at 4: 30pm for an oil, oil /air filter change and tire rotation. There was no wait. Johnny the manager took care of my needs. He was very good at explaining each step of the process. I'll be back

Really good prices and very friendly staff. Mark, the manager, was very helpful and both he and the employees answered all of my questions. I had a tune-up, brake work, and tire replacement all at the same time. This is the 1st time I've ever left a mechanic feeling very satisfied. I will definitely return to Cherry Grove Jiffy Lube. Very good service. They were able to change my brake pads and rotors in about 45 minutes. And were very professional. They do oil changes quick and for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend.

Not a bad experience. I have been coming here for 3 years now. In that time no employee stays for any amount of time. That is my issue. Either training is bad or environment is bad to work in. I cant have new people working on my car all the time. I want to see trained techs working on my vehicle.this will be my last stop here. Something is wrong here when people wont come to work.

Great service and good deals! You can stop in at any point to have your fluids checked and topped off (if necessary) at no charge. The guys working there are very helpful! Will definitely be back.

Great job, good service. As a woman, I occasionally encounter a male worker who tries to overcharge me (thus 4 vs. 5 stars), but most of the time they are very helpful, and on my most recent visit, they even helped me with a coupon! I will continue to go back.

Manager Marc and sebastian are the best at this location. I use to come to this location years ago but I stop because of staff but now they have an amazing staff that goes above and beyond for the customers even give your some knowledge on your car if you need it.thanks guys for everything and I'm glad that hired you guys

Great staff. They were shortstaffed, but they worked really hard to make sure everyone was taken care of.

They put the wrong oil in my car because they were out of the oil my car takes. I called head quarters Management only said they fixed it and it wouldn't of hurt your car. Excuses. Had the mechanics easier I would of went elsewhere. Ill never go back

My first time coming to jiffy lube and I'm very satisfied. Clean, and very professional. Jim was very helpful and friendly! Quick and easy I was in and out in no time! Definitely will refer my friends and family to jiffy lube on beechmont Avenue!

I sat out the garage to observe there work they didn't grease the van had to ask them to check tires left the hood open not closed all the way and looking around it was the dirtiest jiffy lube I ever been in wont be back to this jiffy lube

I stopped in for my Uber Inspection, come to find out I needed a new air filter. Thinking it was cheaper at Advance Auto so I called for a price. The filter was actually cheaper at Jiffy Lube! Thanks for helping me out Jim!

Very fast and efficient service! All other oil change companies on Beechmont are always booked and take way longer than Jiffy Lube. Jiffy lube also can do brakes and other services for way cheaper! Extremely convenient
