Have 2019 f150 4wd that shifted hard and could hear a clunk. Took it to my local Ford dealership in Defiance, they adjusted the computer and told me "it seems better" I returned a few more times and was then told " there is nothing else we can do". Went to Jim Schmidt's in Hicksville and and was treated like a friend not a job by ALL. They drove truck and I was told " something definitely wrong internally " they replaced transmission and ALL is better even my mpg! Thank you Jim Schmidt's!

I cant say enough about my recent experience with Jim Schmidt Ford and the purchase of my new 2022 F-350 Ford truck. Terry, Nick, Taylor, Troy and the rest of the staff are amazing to work with. They make you feel like a member of the family as soon as you walk in the door. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Jim Schmidt Ford. Small dealership in a rural community. Everyone of the employees were very inviting and cordial. Mike was my salesman. He was not pushy. I am an out of state buyer and he was very transparent about the pricing and about valuing my trade. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and make it an easy experience. I did have one issue with the vehicle and they were very quick to address the problem. Overall great experience and well worth my 4 hour drive. And I did my research and at least on the vehicle I purchased no other dealer could even touch their price. I recommend this dealer especially for out of state buyers who may feel hesitant about buying from an unknown dealer In a remote location.

Helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Staff was amazing but hopefully, I never have to return - not buy another vehicle. Assisted me in ordering my vehicle. Made sure I got what I wanted, explained all the options. Got me financing that was available at the time of order (much cheaper than when delivered), also double checked rebates. Ended up with an extra $1000 on the day of delivery. Took 8 months, blame Ford, not dealer. When vehicle arrived, I was in and out in about an hour, with a full tank of gas! Staff was nice, professional, and courteous despite my many vocal frustrations with delays. I will be a repeat customer-but with any luck I won't have to be.

The entire team at Jim Schmidt Ford was accommodating and in particular Mike was great. We live in Texas and had been looking for a truck for some time and the current vehicle market is difficult. We chose to purchase from this dealer because their price was fair and they care about the consumer. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. I would drive another 1,000 miles to do business with them again!

I really wish that this dealership was closer to me. (6 hour round trip) I found the vehicle I wanted and they just happened to have it. From my experience, I would send everyone here to get their next new or used vehicle. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and I didn't feel pressured into the sale. Next time I need a vehicle I will check their inventory first.

I just purchased a 2020 Lincoln aviator it’s a beautiful vehicle I love everything about it. Rick my sales guy is very helpful very knowledgeable however I think the dealership needs to deliver more at the buying experience. One reason I was buying the car because it was a plug-in hybrid, upon test driving its battery was dead so I couldn’t experience what it would be like driving it on the battery. The day I sign the papers picked it up the car wasn’t detailed very well very dirty outside still battery had not been charged yet and it had 3/4 of a tank of gas. Two years ago I purchased an expedition very similar experience I didn’t say anything because I figured it was just a one time thing. Unfortunately now when people ask me about the car and buying it this is the story I’ll relate. For $50-$75 in gas and a hand wash and a little forethought (plugging the car in) it could’ve been a great experience

Customer service is on point. Vehicle was serviced in a reasonable timeframe. Waiting room has USB power and WiFi. Pricing was aligned with most dealerships so no complaints from me. I would certainly recommend for your service needs.
