4I have been with State Farm for many years and have always gotten great service. I have had about 5 different agents because of moves. The agents have always treated me with respect. But what I really like about Jim's agency is his staff! I'm ashamed to admit that I can't recall the lady's name at the moment, but she is the 1st person you meet when you walk in the door. And she has always taken care of whatever issue I have.
Jim takes the time find the right policy for you. If he can't find a policy with State Farm, he will get you lined up with another provider. Goes above and beyond. Also, the rates are better. Glad I went to him.
Jim and his staff are always ready to help. Very professional and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else for insurance.
