Didn't have a mask on for medical reasons and was refused service. Was told by employee they didn't care and I can call Police if I wanted food that bad. I would give 0 stars if I could. Will not be coming back.

I just ordered four sandwiches for delivery at the 5th Ave location in Grandview and only three arrived. When I called the location, Tony answered the phone and I explained the situation. He asked for my address and he knew exactly which item had been missed from our order. He asked if we would like a refund, credit, or sandwich. I said a credit is probably fine, but he said “are you sure? I don’t want Geoff to go without his sandwich” lol! His customer service made my day. Thanks for an excellent associate, Jimmy Johns!

I love Jimmy Johns but this location in particular seems to get my order wrong every time. The bread is usually stale as well. Go to the one in Gateway.

Ordered online 04/29/2020 @ 1pm. My order was stuck at “order received” for almost 40 min before I called to see what’s going on. The person who answered told me they were waiting on delivery drivers to get back. I arrived 3 minutes after our phone call to pick up my order. When I arrive, there’s 3 delivery cars sitting in the parking lot. (I thought there wasn’t any drivers available?) Not to mention, they gave me the completely wrong order. I am plan i g to go back and speak to the manager and ask for a refund.

Moral of the story: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION

The food comes out fine but this location is consistently slow to deliver. I wish I could order from the campus or downtown locations instead of waiting sometimes up to hour for a sandwich to show up.

Just ordered an Italian sub I've been dying to have.not good. I had more onion on the sandwich than lettuce.
Dry - limited if any mayonnaise and no Italian dressing.am I suppose to ask for those condiments? Totally not what I expected, and my cookie was hard as ice! Think that inventory freshness needs a turn.

What I ordered for delivery was not what I received. Even the receipt correct. It was late too so I'm not sure exactly what happened.

DO NOT GO HERE! They left off half of my sub after I explicitly ordered specific items online. When I called to ask for a refund they said they were unable to and then tried to charge my card without my permission. The manager was incredibly rude and childish on the phone. Refused to help me and was acting like an a hole. Don’t go to this location. They are beyond unprofessional and I can guarantee this was intentional because I am a former employee. I never received my tax documents after calling and asking for them over and over. This manager should be fired if he can’t even make a sub correctly or give proper documents when asked. I can’t believe the incompetency at this location. DO NOT GO HERE!

In and out, solid sandwiches in hand in the time it takes for the light to change on 5th Ave about twice. Freaky Fast as they say. Better quality food in the same amount of time as the nearby drive thrus.

I liked this place, but they refused to put vinegar on my sandwich even though I asked politely, it wasn't busy (no customers behind me) I don't understand why they couldn't be bothered - and, they straight up lied to me about not having an unsealed bottle of vinegar (as if opening a bottle, of which they had several, would somehow be a bad thing) very disappointed.

Afterwards I talked to the general manager who happened to be there and explained what happened and he said he was willing to give me a little cup of vinegar so I'll give them 2 stars instead of 1. It was still a painful experience though.

Went in 4/25/2019 at 22: 02 there were two employees there a guy with long hair and a guy with shorter brown hair. It was me and one other customer behind me. Neither of the employees returned my “hi how are you” or my “thank you have a good night” but they said it to the man behind me. This is based purely on the way I look because I was over the top nice to both employees. Said please and thank you as well as going above and beyond to smile and be polite. It’s crazy how people getting paid to deal with customers can treat people terribly based purely on the way they look. I got a number 10 add onion, hot pepper, and cut in half

The sandwich was delicious! I highly recommend the #12 on multi grain. The multi grain bread is amazing. It was delivered on time and the driver called to confirm the location of my office. The only complaint I have is it didn't save my directions when I ordered online.

I dont understand the guidelines for delivery distances, I live 1.6 miles from this location and you refuse to deliver to me saying we are too far.

I’m what world would you pay 1 dollar for such a small amount of avocado. I have called and complained, gotten a free sub, and my free sub now has avocado but the smallest amount

They have messed up my order twice: (. The last time the person took down an incorrect phone number for my delivery because he never repeated it back to make sure it was correct.

Ordered 2 subs with the appropriate boxes filled out online. They both had hot red peppers added and mine had mustard added. Both subs were delivered without the peppers and mine was also missing mustard. I called to complain, and to JJs credit, said they’d remake them and send new ones. They only remade and delivered mine, this time with the red peppers but still without the mustard. At that point I gave up and ate it, but this seems like a problem at several other JJs in the area.
