Food was good. Annoyed that my drink was about 80% ice and almost no soda. How cheap can you be?
The only reason I'm not giving them a better rating is because of the following.
I live in Mount Vernon and we don't have a JJ's so I was super excited because I love their tuna salad! So I ordered one and got all the way home and went to eat my sub and COULDN'T! The drive thru menu does not tell you all the items that will be going on your sub! I ordered a #15 and it did not say that it had lettuce on it and mine did. I cannot eat lettuce and since the lettuce completely covered the tuna salad, I could not eat it at all! When I called in about this issue and the fact that the sign does not say that it comes with lettuce, the person I was talking to did not care one bit, but did say that they have gotten that same complaint before.but, it would seem, that they don't care enough to fix it! So to make it short, my dog thoroughly enjoyed his lunch! Thanks JJ's, you made my dog one happy little guy today and I ended up having to skip lunch all together!
Sandwich was good, but was seriously lacking on meat. Like one slice layer. When you're paying premium prices you kind of expect a little more.
I called and placed my order ahead of time because we had a bigger order. The gentleman on the phone double checked my order to make sure we had everything, and that it was all correct. Going through the drive-thru was also quick and easy, and the food was delicious and made perfectly, too!
Their meat is top quality and love the unwiches and their big pickles. And I used them for catering for my son's birthday party and they did a really nice job! They even delivered it to the YMCA where I had his party at the indoor pool.
First time ever. It was raining so I gave the delivery guy a decent tip. The man on the phone was extremely nice and my delivery was REALLY FREAKY FAST! For a cold sub, it was amazing and the vegetables were fresh and the sauce was well balanced compared to the whole sub. Def coming back for more
Both of our orders had tomatoes even though we requested none. Service was fast, but a bit expensive for just a lunch meat sandwich.
I love the staff because they are always friendly and remind me if I have free items to cash in from rewards. Never had a wrong order come from them!
The absolute worst customer experience. I called to pick up an order and the rep literally said, "I have to get off the phone, I am busy. "
I am horrified. Then when I got to the window, she handed me a HUGE box that I had to get out of the car to get because it wouldn't fit through my window. Which was why I was calling. I thought it would have been difficult to pick up the order via the drive-through. It would have been sooo much easier if they could have stopped for one second and met me at the door or put the box outside for me to scoop up.
Follow up: I initially gave 1 star per the above. But Jimmy Johns follow up on this matter has been very impressive. How a brand handles negative feedback says a lot them. I really appreciate being heard and having action behind it.
I have had to go back to have my sandwich fixed as many times as it's been right and the way that they just answer the phone and just want to give you a refund without even a full discrimination of what was wrong it's clear that this happens alot and they really don't care.
Well I refused the refund because im tired of dealing with them im just not gojng to go back
Brother in Law went in to get a gluten free sandwich because he has Celiac Disease. They made everyone else's sandwich first and made him wait forever!
Just like they say.fast and good. I go there for lunch when attending an auction down the street.
Very friendly and helpful gentleman working the drive thru window. The service was quick and the food was tasty.
Girl who took our order rude, didn't receive all our meal had to keep going back asking for it. Food was very slim portions. Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend
The subs are very good. I just started eating there recently and now I wish had started eating there much sooner than I had.
