Got a half of a gargantuan sandwich. Excellent and a lot to eat. Everything is very fresh there better than Subway!

This place is horrible steer clear nasty employees not to mention look at there nutritional chart the sodium in there sandwiches are a heart attack waiting to happen

Perpetually some of the absolute worst attitudes, Customer Service and general ambivalence about performing their jobs in the sandwich industry or anywhere else for that matter. I don’t know how they consistently find these people

Got a big John sub and an Italian sub waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes and the Italian sub was smothered in oil it’s supposed to be oil and vinegar but the entire sub is soaked there was so much oil it was leaking out the bag. My husband couldn’t finish his sandwich Bc of all the oil. Very disappointed will not be coming back to this jimmy johns location. I’m the picture you can see the oil on the bread it made the sandwich gross.

The staff was pleasant and was great on changes we wanted on our sandwiches. The food is great. You'll spend a little more than at other sandwich shops but the ingredients are top notch.

Usually have good service, but lately they haven't been checking the orders before they go out. Missing sauces, missing drink, and even a missing sandwich. Call the store, and get a "we will give you a store credit ". I ordered the food items, and you can't check the order before it leaves to make sure it's all there? No, no store credit, just want all of the items I ordered. Still have a "store credit "from the ranch kicker sauce AND a large drink that they will not give Me.

Finally tried this Market St/224 location again after a disappointing experience months ago. After waiting 15 minutes behind a van I finally called the store. Said "a huge order was to blame. " You can't ask them to pull ahead and park so the rest of us ordering one sub can get through? Finally went to pay w a $50, all that I had. Was told "we can't take this. " Told them fine keep it, see you again, never. Yes, JJ's, this IS how this location rolls.

You guys are awesome! Been sick with COVID and you guys brought a smile to my face not only with delicious food but also the fact that your driver left it by our porch gnome to hold, so cute. Thanks for bringing us nourishment since we cannot go out, Happy Holidays!

Drive thru worker was just sitting there and didn't take multiple orders. Thankfully Arby's is just next-door.

The Boardman location has dramatically gone downhill used to order here all the time for my lunch break. I had ordered there last week for a pickup on the website it kept telling me that my sandwich was being made never once then I get a notification that it told me my food is ready so I eventually drive there like 20 minutes later sandwiches made but nobody contacted me. I can't remember the exact order but everything was wrong nothing was right. When I walked into the store nobody introduced themselves said hi no nothing I literally walked in the guy finally asked me if I was going to pay cash a card. So I ordered again today and I got delivery. Said my delivery went out at 12: 23 it was not here until like 12: 40 I literally work right around the corner from Jimmy John's. Food is good like always but I got a bootlegger sandwich and they actually gave me the heel of the loaf which is completely uncalled for like who gives you the heel on a sandwich. I also ordered sweet tea got unsweetened tea and I did not get my straw. Delivery driver was very nice. Somebody else in my office about 2 weeks ago ordered delivery and it took 40 minutes to get here I'm pretty sure our office is done ordering Jimmy John's you lost customers that order there all the time you need to fix your stuff.

Ordered from the drive through, waited for 25 minutes to get our food because they forget we were there (we had 5 sandwiches) when the girl gave us the sandwich’s it was in a delivery box.

Just drove almost a half hour to this location.time is 8: 40 pm. Door is locked, hour claim open until 9pm.june 13th 2021.my family was looking forward to eating at Jimmy John's for the first time in almost a year.would really appreciate an explanation from management. All workers are still inside and everything.this is actually ridiculous

6/21/21. Horrible Customer Services I called to see if i can get a delivery to where I work. And got hang up on twice then called again n i guess they unplug there phone.

Everyone is so nice, very clean, and fast service. I really like the food! Definitely going back.
