There isn't a week that goes by that I don't at least stop by there once a week sometimes twice their sandwiches are awesome try the Country Club so delicious

Great sandwiches, especially the Italian Deluxe on whole wheat. Service was fast and accurate.

Took 25 minutes to get two subs at the drive through. When we told the employee that was a long wait she told us they are understaffed and we needed to help find employees. We called to talk to the manager she was responding condescending with “okie dokie” so needless to say they were subs so slow we’d freak

The sub bread at Jimmy John's is flavorful and delicious. The meat at Jimmy John's is fresh and very good as well if you have never tried Jimmy John's please treat yourself to this great experience.

Extraordinarily slow every time I've been there. And deliveries have taken well over 30 min to arrive.

Do not order delivery from this place unless you are not hungry. Twice now myself or other people from my office have ordered from here and had to wait over an hour for delivery. We are less than 7 minutes from the store. I was fine paying for the convenience when I got my food. Today I spent an extra 6 bucks (fee + tip) to get my food with 3 minutes left in my lunch hour. Not convenient and not fast.

Reviews are corrects.
This is by no means fast.
But it tastes like Jimmy John's so I will probably go back at some point when I want a Subway look a like.

Love this place. Used to eat it in college when BG was the only location in the area. Really happy they expanded. It's all about a quality cold cut sandwich with these guys.

Freaky? Yes. Freaky fast? Not even close. This franchised location is an embarrassment to the JJ organization and should be taken away. The slowest of any JJ around whether you go inside or drive thru. "Welcome to Jimmy Johns! " You'll never hear those words spoken when walking into this location. As a matter of fact, you won't even be greeted, smiled at or thanked for your order. Corporate, take note, there's a Jersey Mikes going right across the street and although it might not have a drive thru, the majority of your business will head that way.

The customer service and care at Jimmy Johns on Central Ave.is outstanding! The really goes a long way in my book. Not to mention the food is great too!

We will never go back to Jimmy John's after today! We ordered food for 4 people and went to pay for our order which came to $33 and change with a $50 bill. The employee told us that they were not allowed to take $50 bill. That was all we had. We said that this was not posted anywhere and he still insisted he would not take it. So we took our business elsewhere and they had to throw out all that food i imagein.

If i could give this establishment 0 stars i would. Saturday afternoon for lunch and there are only 2 employees working. Took 8 minutes to even be waited on. Freaky fast is a true lie. I ordered my meals and that did not even get pulled for another 15 minutes. As the line of vehicles in the drive thru accumulated and the customers walking in, the frustration built up with customers and staff alike. This place is seriously undermanned and needs help. After 29 minutes of waiting for my order which was only 4 sandwiches and chips I took my order home and was less than satisfied. Will not return to this location.
