Subs were great. Store was clean. Staff was pleasant. Shout out to Chris! Friendly and professional. This store is lucky to have him.

Refused to refund an order bc manager doesn’t know how……. Maybe educate these people so they don’t steal lol the MANAGER guys come on.

Have eaten here twice and got sick both times. Myself and my daughter have both experienced this on different occasions. Love Jimmy John's subs but this location is terrible. Avoid it.

I enjoy there subs, staff was professional, but the bread has been hard last 2 times I visited

I would give the place 5 stars because they do make a decent sub, but the main issue is that before I go I have to always bring my own sliced cheese from the grocery store because they nonsensically charge $1 for it as an added addition at this location. Nothing justifies charging over an extra 10% on a sub for 4-5 THINLY sliced pieces of cheese. Not the biggest deal breaker because the deli at the store has better quality cheese for 1/10th the price and sliced to preference.every other sub maker in the general area NEVER tries to skim a few extra bucks off the top, at least not on a common addition that is pretty standard all across america's sub and sandwich shops. In fact, I believe every other shop in the area only charges extra if you want more added. It may just be this one shop and not the entire Jimmy Johns chain. But because of this issue alone, if I don't plan to eat there, I won't ever stop by just to grab a bite on random like at other quick service restaurants.

Absolutely amazing. For one, I didn’t know my online order was set to this location, so I can’t believe everyone they delivered it to me. Also this is amazing. It asked me for a name so I put something dumb. I love whoever did this.

I have gone there 3 times after today in the last few weeks and have been disappointed yet again. I order the same thing every time and its never right! Today I didn't get a pickle which is half the reason I go because the last two times they were bruised like a banana and tasted awful! Today was the last straw since my sandwich and my friends were both incorrect and the staff was very unwelcoming and rude. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere!

This place is a joke! They are NOT “freaky fast” I’ve been waiting at the speaker to order 15 mins now and after I said “Hellooooo” they replied “I’m sorry there’s gona be a little wait the line in the dinning room is long. Not to mention they have limited DAYTIME hours now bcuz if “Staff Shortages! Forget this place I’ll order from other nearby restaurants

Stood at the register for five minutes only to be told “we can’t help you for at least 30 minutes because we have to make online orders. ” Good lookin’ out, JJ’s.

Slowest Jimmy John's in ohio. Also completely closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Very stupid.

I like the food I just wish the sandwiches came with more on them. Prices could be a little cheaper.

First time ordering from here and they deliver my food to the wrong address the driver swore the order was outside I went outside five different times and no order idk if I'm ordering delivery anymore

I’m not sure that has been going on at this location lately but I call well before closing and get no answer and well as a little after opening and get no answer as well. I’ve called 8 times this morning and 3 times last night so far

I love Jimmy John’s. Their sandwiches are incredible and their staff is always so friendly and sweet. However, this location is a hit or miss for me. I place my order online, head over there and wait in the parking lot until the tracker says it’s ready for pickup. I have waited for nearly half an hour at this location before, until I went in and said I had placed an order. The two employees said they didn’t get it, then they said they did but didn’t see it. While making it, they went on to explain how they were “wondering what I was doing, sitting in my car in front of the building for so long”. But didn’t check to see if there were any orders placed. Kind of odd. And today I added a side of avocado with my order that I didn’t receive. Bummer. Oh well, the food was still delicious as usual.

Would of been nice if yhe girl placing the order listened when I called to make sure my order was correct.

I've only ever had good service at this location the very first time I ordered. I received my delivery in less than 30 min and everything was correct and tasted great. Every time I've ordered after, it's taken at least an hour to get my food and they've either forgotten something or gave me the wrong pop. Today, it took an hour and a half. I called to cancel and refund my order, five minutes after that my food showed up. It was a soggy sandwich and my pop was flat from melted ice. The guy that helped me on the phone was really nice, but that was the only good thing about my experience today. I probably won't be ordering from this location again.
