It was horrible! Got 3 out of 4 sandwiches with no meat on it just lettuce and mayo.and that’s NOT WHAT I ORDERED.

Done ordering from here. Delivery is always incredibly slow because they don’t know how to staff properly. Store takes zero responsibility.

On Sunday 4/16/2023 I placed on order online at 12: 40pm. At 1: 40pm I still haven't received my order. I called the store and the MOD stated my order will be delivered SHORTLY. At 2: 15pm I still didn't have my order delivered. I called the store and an employee picked up the phone I explained that I wanted to cancel and refund my order considering two deli sandwiches had been sitting in a car for close to 1hr 45 mins, which obviously leads to soggy sandwiches and horrible taste. The MOD didn't even on the courtesy to get on the phone, they made their associate employee translate what they were saying. The MOD refused to help me, and stated they couldn't cancel an order that has already left the store, even tho they admitted to having my sandwiches leaving their store over an 1hr 15 mins prior to my call. I told the associate employee and MOD I would be calling corporate. At 2: 36pm I received a call from the delivery person and I told them to take the sandwiches back to the store because I did not want soggy, stale sandwiches.

The next day, 4/17/2023, I called Jimmy johns corporate customer service office. I explained the situation to the rep and the rep apologiesd for my delayed order and agree the sandwich sitting in a car for over 1hr 45 mins was not going to meet their standards of taste. The rep submitted a escalated ticket to the store owner, the store owner is the only entity that can submit refunds. I gave the rep all of my contact info; email, phone number etc, to submit to the store owner.

It is now 4/25/2023 and I have not received anything from the store owner about my, complaint, refund request.

This store is utterly unprofessional in every single way. If the MOD simply made courtesy phone call to me 30 mins after my order was placed to explaining that they were short staffed and my order wasnt going to delivered until almost 2 hrs later, I would have canceled my order right then and there.

This store is giving Jimmy's Johns a horrible name and I would NEVER recommend this store to ANYONE.not even a dog.

Changed order status from processing to delivered and did not deliver or attempt to deliver the food. Ignored multiple calls, and effectively stole 30$ from me. I can’t even get in contact to get a refund. The absolute worst customer service I have ever gotten from any restaurant period. Hopefully someone contacts me so I can find some way to get a refund.

Avoid ordering from here. My order has been “out for delivery” for over an hour. Go to any other sandwich shop nearby.

They are never freaky fast, they are however ALWAYS very tardy and VERY rude. I feel bad for the delivery drivers because they are nice.

Rude, slow, and food is slapped together. I really don't normally leave reviews but, $33 for two deli sandwiches to take 45-60min to get two blocks away.it's absurd. When you call the store they're incredibly rude, no matter what you're calling about. How is this location still in business?

I have tried ordering from this location several times and each time am severely disappointed by the over 1 hour wait. Pretty sad.

Order has been "out for delivery" for over an hour and still hasn't shown up. I will never order from this location again.

Don’t count on “Freaky Fast” service at this location. It took over an hour for them to deliver food a 5 minute drive away. When I called (twice) the people who answered the phone could not have been less helpful.
