17Ordered here and never received my food. Drove to the location and even though it is within open hours the store was locked with an employee and another person inside.
Never got my food. And no one picks up there phones. This is second time this happened to me. State away!
The owner of this place never comes around he's too busy in Illinois the area manager treats his managers like dirt there is black mold
This location should be closed. They never answer their phone. And DoorDash should also be blamed, as there is no recourse through DoorDash if any problems arise. It’s been an hour, the status still says my sandwich is being prepared, and I have no way to cancel my order or be refunded. This is fraud.
Do not order delivery from this location. You could be down the street and it will take an hour or longer for them to get to you. Everytime I call I get told the same "oh they should be on their way to you next". Order pickup or drive to a different location.
Choose your location wisely! I love the food but somewhere along the lines during the pandemic, they lost their motto of freaky fast food and now it’s food that you may or may not get, whenever they want to bring it.
Would not order anything from this location. They say they deliver food but it sits in limbo and then says the order is complete without anything being delivered.
Updated: The jimmy John’s sandwiches were bland, but eating with mayonnaise tasting amazing. Also, their service is always great, and the place is clean and open until late. The most important thing is that their app has a lot of rewards and interesting designs.
I placed an order for delivery from this location for lunch. After an hour of waiting the tracker still hadn't been updated to 'out for delivery'. I called the location and the phone rang endlessly with no one answering. I tried calling back an hour later, and the same happened. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION.
I wish that I read the reviews for this location. It came up as the nearest to my office. I ordered lunch because they are "freaky fast" and I had a meeting. I guess I'm going to my meeting hungry. Wondering when they will actually show up. I tried to call the location but the phone simply rang and rang. Sigh.
I placed an order for a friend to have delivered at his job for lunch almost 2 hours ago. It said 18-22 minutes. The order showed completed finally over a hour later. But it was never actually delivered. The store is literally right down the street from his job. I’ve been calling the store non-stop for 45 min and no one answers the phone. It’s ridiculous.
I've been waiting on my sandwich for over two hours now and nobody is answering the phone. I'm sure it's an understaffing issue, but some type of communication would be great.
2 sandwiches delivered without meat and cheese. Manager basically called me a liar. Was supposed to get new sandwiches. Still waiting
Place is unprofessional at night. Door was locked but 2 employees are sitting on their phones & seen me at the door, they weren’t closing until 1 am. Looks to me like they just don’t want to do their job

Submitted an online order for delivery. After an hour of no movement on the tracker, we called asking for an update. The person answering the phone hung up on my husband after he asked for a delivery update. He called back again thinking it was a disconnection to only be hung up on again. He called back a third time and they finally agreed to cancel our order. Terrible customer service and will never be ordering from this location again.
For whatever reason, they consistently send unsealed, stale cookies broken into 7 pieces and crumbles. 98% of the time. Why? The world may never know.
