Deliveries have taken 1hr+ the past several times I’ve ordered. Take my advice, just go to the store, don’t use their delivery option.

Please allow DoorDash drivers to deliver your food. It would help tremendously.

Typically they are good and “freaky fast” but It’s been like 40 minutes since my tuna sandwich was out for delivery and still nothing. My lunch is almost over. Their phone doesn’t even connect. It’s pretty disappointing.

Food = good. Service = awful. Placed an order for delivery. I received an alert stating my food was out for delivery and after 45 mins of waiting I decided maybe I should call and check to see if my order was lost (since my delivery location is literally walking distance from the restaurant) When the woman answered the phone I politely asked if I could check on an order I placed, but instead of showing empathy the woman was extremely rude and said “well we only have 3 drivers and we’re busy, so sorry to say it’ll get there when it gets there. ” She didn’t even give me a chance to give her an order number, so I hung up the phone. My food finally arrived an hour later after my lunch break was over. Definitely not “freaky fast, ” more like “freaky rude. ” Please learn some customer service.

I work about 3 miles away from Jimmy Johns.
My coworker and i ordered some sandwiches and it took the delivery driver over 30 minutes to deliver. Definitely not freaky fast.

Sandwiches were fine, but service was just not good. My bag ripped as it was being handed to me at the drive thru, food flew to the ground - the girl looked befuddled and just stood there until I suggested that the could make some new sandwiches and I'd be happy ro wait. Which they did.

I actually did not get anything from this store. I tried to place an order and the employee told me that I was not within the 5 minutes of the store. I thought he was joking. He was not he was serious. So if they can't deliver to me since I'm not within the 5 minutes then I'm not going to drive to this store. What a joke.

I ordered their roast beef sandwich off the menu and asked for no tomatoes but said I wanted onions; what I got was a roll with a small handful of lettuce and two slices of roast beef, they stopped after that. I could have gone to Marc's across the parking lot and goeetn the same thing for about $3.

I didn't open my sandwich until I got home, I would have turned it down if I opened it there.

If you want a really fast, relatively healthy (we're talking fast food here) meal, look no further. My go-to is a roast beef sub or sandwich with vinaigrette instead of mayo. Really tasty and you can't beat the prices.

First off, I waited over 30 minutes for my delivery when I work right across the street. Finally my food gets here. There’s no straw for my drink and my sandwhich isn’t cut in half like a specified.

Their cashier is rude. Didn’t greet us, was laying on the counter. And didn’t tell us to have a good day. Disappointed because Jimmy Johns is usually great with service. Acted like he didn’t want us there.

I was impressed with this Jimmy Johns! There was no wait, the service was friendly, and the food was great!

I absolutely LOVED it! Got there and had no wait, placed my order and took a seat, as soon as I sat they called me up for my food. GREAT service and had probably the BEST blt of my life! DEFINITELY going to be a repeat customer!

Always great food. Friendly and quick service when you go into the store. Fast delivery and friendly drivers when you order online.
