Jim's Open Kitchen Too, Streetsboro OH

Been going here at least once a week for the last 4 or 5 years service is always been good staff is friendly the food's cooked nice probably one of my favorites is jack special and recommend this place to anybody that reads this review

The crew here is always great hard working and real nice to you.
The food is fabulous also you can't beat the gravy

I thought the food was great. I got 2 scrambled eggs made to perfection and 2 pieces of rye toast. It was busy of course. It took a while for the food to be delivered. Looked like there was only one cook in the back. They also have great coffee!

My parents got me a giftcard last year and they will not take it even though there's no expiration on it. Basically gave them $50 and got nothing back. They also lied that Solon would take it and Solon says they don't. This from the guy who says he is the manager.

First time trying the place today. Excellent breakfast. I will be a long term customer if they just keep doing what they do.

Great food, great service. Because it's so good there is usually a (short) wait here. It's worth the wait!

Totally unbelievable as we usually have a good experience at this facility. We had our breakfast and when paying the waitress said they upgraded their system and no longer accept gift cards. We had a gift card with $25 left on it and they said sorry we cannot accept it and for us to call the Solon location to see if they will accept it. I cannot believe they would not accept our gift card as they had no problem accepting the money for the purchase of the gift card so they should at least honor what patrons may have. Totally unbelievable

Food is good, staff is great, price for breakfast food is a little higher then other chain restaurants. Other than that great place

Love this place. Used to go there when we lived closer but still travel to stop by from time to time. Food is amazing. Best home fries anywhere. Eggs Benedict is fabulous and the herb nelson/intimate herb nelson are wonderful. It's so good it's worth the wait till there even is one. Would recommend for some great diner food

Delicious breakfast spot, no frills. Busy on a weekend morning. But the service was excellent. The food was tasty and good portion size. Coffee was hot and I appreciated the staff who were walking around to top up coffee.

I’ve ordered food from here multiple times and the food has always been good, but as of lately no one is picking up the phone and answering. I see the parking lot jam packed every Sunday morning, so I prefer to get carry out, but no one and I mean no one picks up the phone anymore so I’ve stopped trying and taking my business else where. Hopefully management will see this and do something about it.

First off I would like to point out that I HATE sausage gravy.everywhere I've ever had it it was terrible. I wanted to give this gravy a try and it was as if that gravy was giving my soul a bear hug.it was so good especially on top of that crispy deliciousness that is chicken fried steak.the place was HOPPING, line out the door busy, but this did not take away from the fantastic service we had.my husband and I fancy ourselves as foodies.when we try somewhere new we order multiple items from the menu, and whatever we haven't stuffed in our fat faces gets taken home for later.the waffles, eggs Benedict, eggs, toast and POTATOES were all on point. I would have to say the most disappointing food we had on our visit was the cornbeef hash.it had the texture and smell (and I'm assuming taste) of my cat's can of friskies.if you enjoy a good cornbeef hash, do not order it here. I've never tasted catfood but I imagine my cat's seafood and gravy could be the same as the cornbeef hash, just with different packaging.all and all fantastic experience, and I'll know what to order in the future

You can’t make better hash browns than Jim’s, add onions and peppers. Add sausage gravy. The food quality at this little diner is impressive. Soups all home made, try the chili. The waitresses are the best in the game. The owners are great people. Prices are so cheap.

We love Jim's! It's our go-to place for breakfast and they have great lunches as well. Don't expect anything fancy, just good food and good service.

If I could give a thumbs up to every 4-5 rating, I would. Everything is awesome. Their prices are good their food is delicious. The employees were kind.

Wish there was Jims Open Kitchen near me. Food and service was fast and friendly. Im from Maryland, love NE Ohio special places. This was one I will gisit again.
