8Jin is amazing! She is hilariously rude but in a kind, loving way. She does great work, is always on time and her prices are fair. She is worth the visit for sure. I am still bringing clothes to her from Cincinnati because I trust her so much!
The owner is RUDE! I was in town for a day and needed my jeans altered before that. Same day alterations are tough so I called the main lady (Jin) to confirm if its doable. Maybe I wasn’t clear or maybe she didn’t understand, but after I drove 25 mins to get there (same day alteration!) I realized she cant do same day. It was still ok, I understand she didn’t understand what I said on phone, but my god she started screaming at me! “How can you think same day is possible” “ you have to pay $10 extra! ” I would have paid the extra money but not when someone is so rude for something which is partly if not fully, their fault. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU CANT STAND RUDE PEOPLE!
I always come to Jin when I need clothes altered. She does a great job and she gives advice to help me keep costs low (suggestions on what to do with different clothes, and what's most cost effective). She's always on time and does quality work. I highly recommend!
I have been going to Jin's for years. She is hilariously rude, and tells me every time I ask for cuffs on my slacks, "no want cuffs, make you look like old man". Then I tell her, no I want cuffs in case I drop money, they will catch it, and she just giggles. She often tells me I need to lose weight, and she is right. The work she does is flawless and always perfect and a great value for the money. I will use Jin until she retires, then I'll ask her to do just my stuff at her home.
They did a great job on several pieces I brought them. Jin, as well as all the other folks in there, are lovely.
Had my suit jacket taken in around the waist. Jin pinned it so fast and expertly. The fit is now fantastic, for only 30$. Pricing varies depending on what is being performed so she will price it in-house when you bring your garment.
Stopped on today for a small alterations she had it done in less than 5 minutes. I will be going back again.
