Preston did excellent work. He installed a tankless water heater and a new water softener with new copper plumbing. He was very professional and patient with the questions and concerns I had. I was confident that what he was doing was going to be perfect and safe.

Shawn took care of a gas shutoff valve needed to have my new stove installed. He saved the day! Installation was "on hold" until this detail was completed. He was professional, informative, and efficient. I would be proud to have him representing my business! J&J has a new client!

Greg and Jason were very professional. As a Veteran, they recognized and relate as they were Veterans as well. They were thorough with explaining the options available to fix the leak. After I chose the option, they verified the work to be completed so we were all on the same page. Would recommend them again in the future.

My repair person was so kind and professional. And fast! Within an hour he had my copper pipe that had exploded in the middle of the night repaired and I was back to normal before lunch. Highly recommend Chase and J&J.

Today we had an emergency situation, Greg, Andrew and Preston responding quickly, and were friendly, courteous, and did a great job in a messy situation. Preston and Ben came to my house and went above and beyond determining the issue. They spent a lot of time talking and going over all the details of the problem, answered all questions my husband and I had, and were amazing to work with. The plumbing issue stinks but we are so happy to have a great people make the fixing process a lot smoother!

Chase and Jaret were friendly, professional and courteous. They were able to get and install a new water heater on the same day it went out, in less time than expected. The woman who made my service appointment was also extremely friendly and I was shocked I could have hot water again the same day it went out. Would definitely recommend this company and will definitely use them again

I used J&J Plumbing, Shawn, to replace obsolete, jury-rigged, leaking plumbing, toilet supply line, shut-off valve, and to remove and replace the old toilet. He showed up the next day, and in just two hours performed all that work professionally, cleaned up after himself, and hauled away the old toilet. If I need to use J&J plumbing again, I will certainly ask for Shawn.

We have used J & J Plumbing for several years, and have always been pleased with the quality work and fair pricing. Plumbers are often portrayed as being ridiculously expensive.but we always get a lot of bang for our buck from this company. Half of the work we've had to get repaired since buying this home two decades ago has been fixing the lousy DIY work done by a previous owner.
I can only do enough plumbing myself to be dangerous, and the extra expense invested to have a job done correctly by a professional has been worth every penny when we have used J & J. Also: EVERY last employee they have sent here has been courteous and professional. Preston and Ben worked on this two-day job for us, and it was a pleasure having them here because they were friendly, polite, and very efficient. We will never use any other plumbing company.

I’m a disabled man with cerebral palsy and I hired J&J to install a ax/heat mini split for me. All 5 guys Austin, Kal, Garret, Mitch and Dennis took their time explaining everything to me and did an exceptional job with the work.

Zach was on time, performed our heater service as we were informed, cleaned up after his work and was informative on proper maintenance. He also provided suggestions for improved performance and efficiency. Would highly recommend J&J.

Excellent work! Chase came out to clear a drain pipe and it turned into a much bigger job than he anticipated. He pivoted quickly, was able to give us a new quote and did the job quickly, effectively and professionally the same day. Will definitely use again.

Carelessly cut through way too much floor joist (over half) knowing a washer and dryer was going over it. We're going to leave it- they were going to leave it until I said something. And they did end up adding some steel plates to reinforce it. Few months later when all the appliances delays come through and the washer and dryer is delivered- the gas line leaks: (wouldn't recommend for more than simple jobs- I figured putting a hookup for a washer and dryer wouldn't be anything too difficult but it took them longer than they quoted and I'm still dealing with their issues. Wouldn't recommend

Bought a water heater from Ashe plumbing with a 10 year warranty. They would not honor it since the merged with J&J plumbing, instead quoted me almost $1900 to replace my water heater. 6 years ago I got it replaced for $964. Why so much? Response “prices have increased and doubled in the past few years”. Ask to speak with a manager, was provide a phone number to speak with Doug. It’s been 5 days and no return call. Then also needed a pressure value replace and quoted me $800. I declined and they charged $89 for the tech visit even though it was supposed to be a warranty visit. Top it all off I called a local plumber and got all of the above replaced for $1300, saving over $1400. Avoid them and call around. Based on shopping them, they are double the cost of anyone else around.

Greg & Jason showed up to clear a backed up sewer main. They were able to squeeze me in first thing and both were extremely professional and had our line cleared within minutes. Very thankful for both of them and will definitely (hopefully no time soon) use J&J in the future as well as recommend to others.
