Initially I took my vehicle here because it said the guy was a Veteran, it turned out to be my worst experience of my life with a business. I ended up taking the guy Jack Hibbler to court because I payed for my engine to be fixed in November! (November 28) I didn’t get my vehicle back until a week ago March 30th after the judge told Jack hibbler he would be responsible for paying me the blu book value of my car if it didn’t get fixed! I’m only writing this review because this guy Jack hibbler keeps harassing me on Facebook with messages trying to clear his businesses name. Me and my women went through 8months of hardship without a vehicle but we made it through. I wouldn’t recommend his business to anyone! I know he’s not a man of his word, he doesn’t represent real veterans the way they should be represented, he lies, and then plays the victim, all while trying to disguise himself as a lucrative businessman. Dealing with that for 8months while your car is being held in a hostage situation was very tricky! It’s hard not to explode with violence when someone has your money and your car but I steadfast and stayed resilient also kept my faith strong that the civil court would work in my favor! This whole situation was very wrong! I didn’t deserve it…. My kids didn’t deserve it…. My girl didn’t deserve it…. And now this idiot sends me harassing messages on Facebook! I wouldn’t ever do business here!

Jmac has had my car over 2 1/2 years with over 3,500$ in repairs not one thing has been done to my car.granted i lived out of state for a year he charged me storage fee for the year without a repair being done. I paid the fee ask him to repair my car Jack said he would repair my car. Nope him and robin will not answer my calls i called the police they said they would do a investigation. Nothing was done about Jmac treatment to his customer not a good place to try to get car repair from.it's Feb 1st 2023 my main goal this year is getting my car back with my money that i paid this man to do a job that never got done. Over 3,500 and noting was done.

JMAC replaced the starter in my daughter's Chyrsler 200, which is a 4 hour job, and it was dine when they said it was. They also are an IMS member (if you know you know)

Sooooo my mother used my Honda Pilot, and it broke down on her while driving. So I called JMAC and within an hour a tow truck arrived. Come to find out my timing chain failed, and I got my Honda back in two days. & it’s was also convenient and easier to pay the tow and repair bill ALL AT ONCE! BEST FASTEST AMAZING AUTO REPAIR SHOP!
