JMAC Hair Studio & Day Spa, Powell OH

I have been going to Jmac since I first graduated college. Every service offered is of excellent quality, and at a fair price. Missy is an amazing esthetician and I have gotten dermaplanes, Hydrafacials, and lash lifts. Taylor and Lorna are incredibly talented! Taylor specializes in highlights. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The only salon I will ever go to or recommend to friends and family.

Thank you JMAC for doing right by my daughter, had an issue and they made it right for us. I appreciate it, it's hard for a dad to see his daughter disappointed, but you guys are her favorite, so making her happy means a lot.

You know you have great color when strangers compliment you. Caroline Carney is likely Columbus's most talented young stylist. Her age will fool you but she is a color genius. Before Caroline I had a colorist with 38 years in the business leave me with a grey stripe where my roots showed. I first met Caroline as a Paul Mitchell student. My hair never looked so good!

I used to go to JBentley until the prices kept rising and the quality of my hair was unacceptable for how much I was paying. I took a leap of faith and moved over to JMAC with CASS and I could not be more grateful and happy. The service is excellent. Cass always does an outstanding job every.single.time. My hair has grown so much and the products used are perfection, not to mention ladies and guys.her head massages at the shampoo bowl are to die for! Like hello, I’m sold. She treats me as if she’s known me for years and god bless her for being my therapist at times. The staff is very sweet and the salon is CLEAN! Huge points for me. I will continue to refer anyone and everyone. Best decision by far!

I had Allison for the first time and was very impressed with her. She immediately made me feel comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable. This is the best my hair has ever looked and I am very picky with how my blonde turns out. No brassiness. Will definitely be back to sit in Allison’s chair:) Also, the other staff members at J Mac were friendly and welcoming.

Taylor did an amazing job on my hair. The hydrafacial has also been a big turn around for my skin.

I love coming to a JMAC! Kate (Katie Nicole) does an awesome job at asking what I want and helping me to understand if something is or is not a good fit for me. You can tell she is very educated in getting what you want, sometimes through a “process” of steps. I appreciate her knowledge and patience! And she gives a fabulous shampoo!

I go to JMAC every time I need a cut and color. The stylists are very knowledgeable on hair, hair treatments and services. I highly recommend going to JMAC for your hair. The spa is also incredibly wonderful. I will not go anywhere else for services! JMAC IS AMAZING! Ask for KJ OR KATIE NICOLE!

Caroline gave me one of the best gel manicures that I've ever had! I have gotten so many compliments on my nails and will definitely be going back!

I have been going to Ashley Hoover for the past 4 years. Looking back when I first came my hair was pretty damaged- not quite sure why just years of unhealthy habits. Ashley truly transformed my hair to healthy and found the perfect hair color for me. I get so many compliments and love how it still looks natural. Two years ago I moved to Cincinnati but refuse to go anywhere else. I understand it seems crazy but seriously worth the trip every time! Can’t speak highly enough. Highly recommend.
