Jo Jo Carloni's Italian Restaurant & Pizzaria, Berea OH

It was our first time visiting this restaurant we were very impressed with the food and the service we had Alyssa as our server who was high energy very knowledgeable and very prompt all of the things we ordered were absolutely excellent and we will definitely be back and we will return to Alyssa’s section! Yum!

Service was good, however, an inch+ of water was in the bottom of my side of spaghetti bowl. I paid $3.00+ for a diet soda that was never refilled, same with water glass. The roll tasted like it was heated in the microwave. Probably will not return.

Best food in Berea! And not just Italian, the burgers and salads are crazy good. Staff is friendly, fast and very helpful. Will even force you to try something new when you get in a rut by ordering the same Italian Chicken salad over and over again) Chelsey for mayor!

Should have known better when only 2 people there 1230 on a Thursday for lunch.italian sub was something you would find at a grocery store. Sub, fries, coke =$20 Service was excellent.i probably wont go back

Order the eggplant parmesan. I recommend that they just take it off the menu. I would describe it as a bowl of tomato mush served with overcooked tomatoes smothered spaghetti. Atmosphere was great, service was fine, food is terrible and overpriced.

My wife and I came in last night after a terrible experience at a steakhouse in Westlake. It was our first wedding anniversary dinner so we were really upset when we came in. The amazing staff at Jojo Carloni’s turned it around with phenomonal food and customer service that can only be described as top tier. We will be returning and have the highest regards for their great food, atmosphere, and employees.

Pizza is amazing! So good, and our new favorite, but the higher price is prohibitive of having it too often. My husband had a medium regular pizza and I had a medium cauliflower crust pizza. It was $50! Free delivery was great!

Talk about good Pizza! Jo Jo Carloni did it right with the Seafood Deluxe Pizza. Was one of the best fresh seafood Pizzas I have had in a while. Also had the Stromboli with pepperoni, salami, and spinach. That was super good! Also the penne pasta hit the spot.
We got this all to go, and it traveled well plus was still good when at home. Will have to come back and eat in person!

The food is terrible & has no flavor. The garlic bread has no garlic flavor. The salad it super small, 2 bites & you're done. Hardly any dressing. As soon as we were done with something it seemed like immediately someone came over & took our plates. It's fine to be efficient but we felt rushed. I also think it's "tacky" that the servers have portable credit card terminals & you pay them directly. You have to decide what kind of tip to give them while they're standing right there. I sat in the lobby on the way out while waited for my fiance to use the restroom on our way out. There were 2 employees by the bakery section & they didn't acknowledge me at all much less ask how everything was. So overall we were very disappointed with our first visit but we probably won't be back.

Bent Knives, Inattentive Staff, Canned Mushrooms, and Boiled Chicken.
I've tried this spot twice and was underwhelmed each time. Avoid the Chicken JoJo Carloni entrée. Who knows, maybe their pizza is fine.

We head dinner there before and really liked it. So we tried to get take out, a couple of times and they said that they were too busy to handle that! What is the difference between putting it on a plate or in a container? Well good thing there are a lot of other great restaurants in the area that can take care of there customers and make money. So when they go out of business, every one will know why!

Came here for the first time last night to celebrate my boyfriend’s 30th and it was really great. Drinks, appetizers and entrees were delicious and the atmosphere was nice. We really enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious pizza! We had the seafood pizza, mushroom pizza, and plain cheese pizza. They were full of flavor and the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. Finally, an awesome pizza place that is not a chain. Can’t wait to eat at the restaurant. Top notch owner too!

After a night of fun and spilled drinks (LOL) me and my girlfriends couldn't say anything negative about this place. From the appetizers to the main food. We had a blast. I know for a fact we will be back for our favorite Italian place.

This place has ambiance and really good food! We did a pick up instead of eat in in but after visiting. We plan on doing a Date night with friends there this summer. Prices are a bit high but the food is really good and the staff (family owned and worked) are very friendly.

We have never been here before. What a shame. It is awesome! Everyone was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. Our waiter Jared was timely and efficient. Chelsea was in charge of making drinks and created a Mint Old Fashion, that is absolutely delicious! We had the crispy artichokes for an appetizer, YUM! I had the eggplant parmesan that came with a side of pasta. The eggplant was lately breaded and in a very tasty marinara. It was scrumptious! My husband had the linguine and clams, delish! They have an endless array of fantastic desserts as well and an extensive wine list! We will definitely go back!

The service was great - super friendly and attentive but the food was mediocre. It was just garlic and sugar. The meatball legit tasted like sugar (huh?). The spaghetti sauce was like cheap pizza sauce. The chicken Jojo was just nothing - no flavor except some garlic. Honestly not at ALL worth the price.

This was my first trip here since only getting take out at the old location and oh my were we impressed! Food was excellent, even the bread! Alyssa was our server, extremely friendly and informative with great suggestions. This was a great place to celebrate our 6 month anniversary
