I was confused about the online and store prices. I wish in store they would honor their price sale instead of online. But service was great.

I came to this location for a return. The return went pretty smooth. As I was waiting I noticed the cashier being very pleasant with the family ahead of me— so much so that the woman didn’t even have to pull up a coupon on her phone the cashier just applied it. She says, “Don’t worry about it, I got it! ”. After the return I got back in line to make a new purchase and that same cashier didn’t have that great energy with me! I wonder why. She goes, “Do you have a coupon? ”… I went to pull up the website on my phone but it felt like a slap in the face bc she could’ve done the same for me. Sad to say that racism will NEVER end ‍️ and she wasn’t rude I just noticed the difference.

Of the Jo-Ann fabrics that I've been in this one was well stocked very clean very neat and orderly and had a very wide selection a plus

What to say. Wonderful store, I can find everything I need. The workers are knowledgeable and very kind.

They have a lot of Holiday decorations for crafts and such. Very nice artificial flowers for arrangements. Not like some that are cheaply made. The worker's were very nice and informative.

Absolutely loved going to Joanns today. Every single thing I got was on sale and that wasn't intentional. I just happened to need certain things and they were all on sale. Love a great deal!

I come here all the time! I love walking in all the aisles looking at all the stuff I want but don't need! So much fun fabric to choose from, everything is clean and tidy. I would love if they got more furs in stock tho!

The store is clean and bright and has a great selection of products. I like a sale and the always have sales! The sales people are nice and helpful. I'm glad they have motorized carts!

Great place to find fabric, storage boxes, both fancy cardboard and plastic. The silk flower selection needs work. Great Selection of scissors and sewing sundries. Recommend.

The doors into store are horrible, both sets. Used button to open door for an elderly couple, gave up after 3 times. So then it my daughter and myself pushing on door to get it to open

I'm sad to post 3 stars. I used to love doing all my crafty shopping here. Unfortunately the paper crafts, stamps, dies, ink pads, etc is slim & stale. There are so many companies they can choose to sell but are stuck with Tim Holts (not a fraction of his line) & Hero Arts (nothing new for months) same old paper packs & a ridiculous amount of planners that no one wants & end up back in clearance.
They need a fresh take on what's hot in paper crafts. IMO

Super helpful as I embarked on my sewing journey, lots of good sales on fabric to practice on as well.

Went there with my mother. It was a smooth trip. Got stuff we needed in and out in about 30 mins

Prices are really high. Not enough employees. Difficult to find things. Never did find embroidery thread.
