Good selection of fabric and sewing, baking and candy-making supplies. Also a wide variety of floral supplies, seasonal home decor, and adult and kids crafts. Salespersons were friendly and helpful.

Very nice employees. Very clean and organized. They are smaller than Monroe St. But still brought something but will have to go to Monroe for what I needed.

It was worth the extra drive to come to Reynolds Road to get what I needed since MONROE ST refused to check for an item, told me to order it and then cancelled it so they wouldn't have to go in the back room to open a box. Thank Heavens the service is MUCH better at Reynolds road where you are treated with respect by great employees.

It was a good experience. I would say customer care is not a high priority but they had what I needed. I was surprised though when they made the cut on the fabric there was only 3 inches left. I think back in the day the would have not cut the excess. But who knows maybe they sell the scraps for patchwork quilts or something now. Check out was a breeze and the lady at the register was kind and efficient. I was really happy with the military discount.

I ordered filler pillows in an odd size 26 in on a Saturday night. JOANN Fabric had my order ready for pickup early Sunday morning. Great pillows. Staff were kind and helpful in loading the items into my car. I will go back to shop at JOANN Fabric.

I'm not a seamstress but went in to purchase fabric for a antique footstool. The ladies are always helpful and they have an excellent selection.

What can I say? I'm a crafter and I love craft stores. This location was clean, easy to navigate, and has a vast variety of fabrics, yarns, and other hobby materials. Love Joann's!

The staff here is really helpful and can make your experience quick and easy if that's essential to you. I was able to get help with what I wanted the costumes I was trying to make look like and one of the ladies there was telling me how I can go about making them and different ideas to seek out. I'm glad I decided to take a trip to the JoAnn's on South Reynolds road!

There is some rude staff that will embarrass you if inconvenience them by asking them to do their job. They have cheap ($20) scissor kits under lock and key that require you to ask said rude staff to unlock so you can buy them. You are then greeted with plenty of sass from these spinsters. Come here if you need craft supplies right now, otherwise you’re better off shopping on the internet.

Mom gets yarn here a ton she's probably spent 1,000 on yarn alone here since it's the only place she goes

Called when I got there for order pick up. Waited a little over 15 minutes, I figured they might be busy and when I realized no one had been in line for a while I went in and Jo at the front desk said no one told her. Never apologized and seemed irritated at me. Fabric was nice, experience, not so much.

Great experience. A few CSR's went out of their way to assist me. One, not so much. Overall, I found all I needed especially in a pinch and at a great price.

Well they have what you need when you can't go nowhere else, but trying to find an employee to help you is difficult they need more help

I don't shop here very often, but when I do, it is always a good experience. Friendly staff, great prices, always have a sale going on and lots of fun decor to look at.

Every visit is a smooth experience, the staff is well versed in crafts and very pleasant and well.

Everyone that is crafty loves JOANNs! Only thing I'm distraught about is they don't have xl chunky yarn anymore. Shame shame lol

Have everything I needed but don't expect to walk out of there with a small bill it adds up quickly
