9This is my favorite JoAnn’s. Great selection of fabrics & notions, plus so much more. The employees are very helpful and super friendly.
A certain employee was very ignorant, rude and standoffish. She hollared at me for something I didn't do and was extremely disrespectful. I then simply put everything that I was going to buy BACK where I FOUND it and left. I went to a competitor right down the street. Got what I need, had friendly customer service and spent over $100. I will NEVER shop at JoAnn Fabrics again!
Fabric "expert" that assisted us advised us for the pattern we were using "it didn't matter" that it required 60 inch wide fabric. "We can just convert it using a 45 inch fabric and you'd get more yards". After buying 90 dollars worth of (now useless) fabric, we came home to discover it does indeed matter and now I have a pattern with no usable fabric. Don't listen to these "experts".
The gals at the cutting counter were helpful, friendly and fun. I just needed some basic fabric and didn't have time to really shop today, but they made it a fun experience. Nice, quiet and clean store. Highly recommend.
I miss the larger store. They try to have all the departments, but they have limited their selections. I LOVE Joann's, but I go to Michaels now because I can find what I need in one visit.
Great craft options and plenty of staff to help cut fabric and checkout. Will definitely be back!
I love shopping at Joann fabrics. Very friendly staff and everything is easy to find plus a huge selection on many fabrics. And their prices, IS OUTSTANDING
I love the deals they have. Managed to find the skein I needed in the exact color and it was on sale. All the staff are super helpful
This is a pretty nice store. It has a different selection of stuff than the Niles store so I sometimes shop both. Better soap making stuff.
