They have a good selection & decent prices, but the store is looking kinda shabby & old.

Long long wait to check out. Quality of seasonal decor has dropped and the price on it has not.

I hate when I need to come here. Is actually painful! If need fabric, be ready to be waiting for a long time in line and more when they finally are ready for you.
I wish Could never return here.

Nice place friendly staff but could use more staff on the floor to assist shopping customers find what they are looking for.

Jo-Ann Fabrics on Morse Road is very bad on customer service there's nobody to help you on the floor with things the cashier are very slow and the prices are ridiculous it's better to shop on Amazon or Walmart for example I went to Jo-Ann Fabrics to get a apron pattern and they actually had 50% sale on them the cost came to $14 and some change for a basic apron that is crazy Walmart had the same exact pattern for $4 found it on Amazon for $3

Wouldn't let me use my 60%off coupon because the item was 30 cents cheaper than normal price due to a sale.

I wish the discount /Clearence area will be more accessible, less messy as is always in this store in very particular

Great January clearance sale. Scored soft, pretty, durable yarn for 2 bucks a skein. Lots of goodies in each department on some sort of huge discount, then got to use a 20 percent off entire purchase in addition. Woot! JoAnn's generally has some sort of special going on weekly.some available on line some in store. Large, varied selection of jewelry findings and beads and things.and of course a quick check out is always welcome.

I did in store pickup and was told I had to wait in an extremely long line to pick up my item. Waited over 20 minutes to pick up one thing. Never again.

Doesn’t matter when I come they never have enough people working at the registers. I’m currently writing this review while waiting in line to purchase a couple items. A Friday evening and they only have 2 people at registers. I’m number 8 in line with another 4 behind me. Insane. Love the store but won’t give more stars to this location until they do something about this

Absolutely horrible service from Janice. I and my family (wife and 5 children) were treated as a lower class, talked down to and followed around. Still spent almost $100 on items to make ornaments.

Good store with friendly staff. The lines are a bit big whenever I check out in here but I am not a regular visitor. Overall it's ok.

Large selection of craft supplies that I wanted, YAY! Love being able to use the app for the coupons. The staff is very helpful.

My wife placed an online order for store pickup. She was quickly notified that the order was ready. Great start! However. I went to pick the order up several hours later, was told that it was not ready, and that it would take 2 hours. I returned several days later and was then told that the order had been cancelled because the store did not have any of the items. We'll go elsewhere moving forward.

Great place for all your sewing, craft, and hobby items. Lots of interesting kits and crafts for kids as well. Add your name to their mailing list for excellent coupons and discounts. Very helpful staff.

Great coupons and sales. Good selection. As long as you dont need assistance during this busy season, it is marvelous.

Can’t find a better spot for fabrics of course, and I always stop to talk to other shoppers for advice on sewing projects as well. The staff is pretty helpful but the shoppers are often very experienced.

I bought a lot, spent over 300. Checking out was quite long. After they figured out how to make sure we got all the deals. They didn't ask if we were reward customers so we didn't get credit for our large purchase. We took our receipt back in they said they couldn't add the purchase on our rewards. Over 300 spent couldn't be added, that sucks! That's why I rated it a 3 stars.

Some holiday prices seemed inflated before the sale price to make the sale price just seem the normal price. Checking out was slow.
