That's my 1st time being in there but they had a lot of pretty cool stuff from fabrics to crafts and bakery pans and designs

Rebecca was a gem! Cheerful and quite helpful. I was THAT customer with several coupons. She helped me maximize my savings.

The two associates that were working were friendly and efficient. The store, also, was well organized and tidy. Plus great doorbusters.

My first time at this store and it was very clean but had a horrible, pungent smell that hit you hard when first walking in. It does get a little better as you stay in there. Lots and lots to choose from which is very nice and some of the staff was helpful but the one manager definitely has either been overworked or hates her job because all you kept hearing her say was how tired she was and how she just wanted to go home. I get that and I'm sure she probably was tired but your customers do not need to hear it again and again. But she decided to stay to help cut fabric instead of going home, which was nice of her to do but it made her very unpleasant to deal with after that. She just started yelling at people for being to close to the counter? ! I mean everyone was wearing masks, trying to respectfully keep their distance and there was a counter between the workers and customers soooo I mean if you want us to do further things for safety that's fine but there were no marks on the floors or any thing to show us where they would like us to stand. So I felt she was just being cranky and rude. So because of that I cannot recommend this store nor will I go back. To much going on in todays World to deal with unnecessary meaness.

I had a situation and Nichol and I believe her name was Christine maybe, nichol can tell who the girl was that assisted her at the register, it don’t look like it but I have a bad knee and I needed some extra help and they were so willing to help me so I had to leave a review! Thanks so much girls!

Wow can I say the employees here go above and beyond to provide a great customer service. I was in looking for fabric for make a cover for my welder so when it not in use it doesn’t collect dust. Explained to the employees what I was looking for and they helped me out. Also my kids had a great time looking at all the craft stuff.

Store is always clean, aisles are clear, staff if always helpful and friendly. Prices are way too high which allows them to have ridiculous 40% off sales every day. Coupons have so many restrictions they are almost useless but occasionally you can land a good deal and bring the price of an item down to normal at least. Would make more sense to just price things reasonably from the start and may help bring more customers.

When. I go to this store, I feel like, I am at an upscale Boutique. I don't sew, crochet and I don't have any special talent. Amazing place and the staff is super friendly.

Large selection of discounted fabric. There is always something on sale. Wide variety of crafting supplies available.
Staff knowledgeable and patient! If you want to try something new and aren't sure what you need ask them, they'll help you as best they can.
Home decor section continues to grow and it's almost always on sale or coupon!
