I went to JM to see a nice used car they had listed. Another customer apparently got there before me to look at the same car. That was not an issue. The problem was them falsely telling me they didn't know if the other person was buying the car or not. They knew the other customer was buying the car, they just wanted me to hang around to see if I would buy something else. Wasting a customer's time and leading them on is very unprofessional.

Is it possible to be delighted to spend $28,000? A definite yes when it comes to dealing with Bruce Blackburn at Joe Morgan Honda. Bruce is the ultimate gentleman, courteous and empathetic. Having been dismissed a day earlier by a dealer at Kings Honda who was not that interested in making a sale, my appointment with Bruce was 180 degrees different. I arrived knowing exactly what I wanted to buy and also knowing the value of my very well cared for trade-in. There was no quibbling and I believe both of us were content with the price we arrived at. Bruce made sure I was comfortable by letting me test drive it, and then by going over all the features with me before I drove it home. It's a beautiful car.
I had been considering buying another Honda CR V EX L for two years but waiting until the company began producing a dark blue model again. I am very happy with all the safety features, the 9-inch screen with Apple Play, and even the keyless entry once I got use to it. My son just saw it yesterday and was very impressed with both the car and the final price. I will not be surprised if he will also buy a new one for himself in time. Since this will most likely be the last car I own, I am so relieved that I made the right decision. I'm looking forward to having all future service done with your service department as well.

Went in for an oil change, was told maybe an hour to an hour 15 minutes. Service was done in 45 minutes! Yay!

I always get good service at Joe Morgan Honda. The staff is friendly and attentive. When the work is completed, the service writers find you in the waiting area and go over the details of service provided.

I have purchased 2 Hondas from this dealership (4), in total. Joe Morgan Honda is a cut above! My salesman Gordon (who I bought both my 2019 Civic Si and my 2023 Accord Hybrid from), is awesome! Called in beforehand to find out typically slower times. Came in around that time and got in quickly and out within an hour or so for an oil change. Great service and followup as always. Thank you.
