Joe's Autos, Toledo OH

I got a 2013 mitsubishi outlander from here. The transmission went out 3 months after getting the car, I got that fixed now exactly 1 year after getting the car my engine blew. I would not recommend this car lot to a soul. I got the car for reliable transportation and I got everything but that!

When they say they "bend-over-backwards customer service for any customer anywhere. " They are not lying Adam n his team have shown my family this. Not only did they get us in another car but now I get to put something under the xmas tree for my babies. I will always be greatful. It was God's grace and mercy to put these people in our lives. Thank you again

I bought a car there within the last year and having slow air leaks from my tires but nothing have punctured them or anything, so recently have been planning to get my brakes worked on and come to find out that the car has the wrong size tires on them and that’s why my tires have a slow leak. Proceeded to call joes to have them fix this problem and they pretty much acted as if it’s not a safety issue to sell cars with wrong parts on them and continued to tell me “the cars are sold as is” so now no mechanic will work on my car till I get the right tires on it because it is a safety hazard now.

Once again, excellent timely affordabley priced service by Keith, the mechanic.so grateful. They take care of Return customers here!

I was on the bike trail which runs by Joe’s car lot, thirsty and out of water, I saw the “free water” sign, I have noticed it before, but had never stopped. Imagine my delight to open the cooler… positively stuffed with ice cold water! How kind of Joe to do this, expecting nothing in return! What a class operation joe runs! Thank you!

This dealership is exceptional they take care of their customers as if they're family, i don't know about anyone else's experience but they went above and beyond for me the owners the receptionist even the mechanic all get 5 stars from me. Ive had my car a year and i love it. Good prices, good running cars and the dealership is clean and well kept inside and out. The vehicles are clean and well kept also. What more can you ask for. Shop with them if you want peace of mind.
