Excellent customer service! So friendly and I'm so impressed how they treat customers waiting.offering fresh baked cookies, ice cream, and several beverage choices.that is going above and beyond! I totally trust them with my highlander.

I leased a 2018 Honda HRV with the help of Jordan Smith, and to this day he has been absolutely amazing! He stayed late to help us and never seemed salesy, just did his best to help me figure out what I wanted and what route would be best for me (I relocated due to the military). I recently spoke with him in regards to some questions concerning the end of my lease, and he was just as friendly and helpful as I remember, even offered to help me if I need to find a new model despite me being in Alabama and really not being benefitial to him sales wise. I totally recommend JHH (specifically Jordan!) Thanks for everything!

Brought in my Accord in due to recall. They decided to go ahead and change oil, rotate tires since maintenance due soon in April. I appreciated their hard work and valuing my time constraints.

I have been wanting to buy a Honda for many years based on the majority opinion that these cars are built to last which I equate to quality. Finally this past Wednesday, July 18th I bought my first Honda CRV AWD in Gunmetal Grey and I LOVE MY CAR! I knew my salesman going in, Ron Strong so I already felt at ease. The entire team in the showroom were attentive even offering beverages and snacks to us. I was going back and forth with the color of the exterior and interior and not once did Ron seem frustrated with me trying to pin down the exact one I wanted. I am so pleased with the entire experience!

I was in a rough place and getting a car was the first step to getting out of that place. We went in on a Saturday not expecting to be approved for anything, much less a 2015 Accord! We got the call on Tuesday that they Taylor found us a car. Unfortunately, we didn't have a ride to go get it. So Taylor came and picked us up himself! Then we found out Henry worked his magic and there was no down payment! We were able to drive away with our new (to us) car that very day! I was close to tears I was so happy! It was far above and away more than anything I ever expected! Because of Taylor's persistence and Henry's excellence at his job, my life has changed completely in just a few short days. I will never be able to repay what a blessing they have been!

As most of us know we usually hate the entire car buying experience! Well I'm happy to say John Hinderer Honda is completely different! I put down a deposit the night before since we were coming from almost 3 hours away to hold the vehicle until we could get there. They contacted me first thing in the morning to confirm when I was coming and contacted me several times by the time I got there that afternoon to answer any questions I had. By the time I showed up they had the car I was buying already detailed and ready for a test drive. Considering it was a Saturday and they were extremely busy Alexis took me on the test drive and she was amazing! So personable and friendly we were laughing the WHOLE time. Once I got back we were ready to do paperwork and Alexis and Ron were able to answer all my questions. They never once made me feel stupid for asking some questions and the entire time was pretty stress free which was a nice change from what I've been used to in the past with car buying. All of the paperwork went through like a breeze both thanks to our credit and there knowledge. Even though they were busy they all took the time to talk through all of our questions. Once we got all of our financial stuff signed and ready they had the car completely ready with temporary tags and Alexis once again got in the car with me and got everything set up which was so nice not to have to stress about considering I'm not at all tech savvy. If you're considering buying a new Honda please visit them! There price was by far the best which is why we drove 3 hours and I can honestly say when it comes time to buy our next car we will be driving the 3 hours again just to deal with them. Such a awesome experience. Highly recommend Ron and Alexis! Couldn't have asked for better.

I came in wanting to look at a subaru WRX that they had used on the lot. I came in and was greeted by a sales person. I told him that I had spoken to a woman named Gracie and asked to speak with her. He told me that she was busy and he would help me, or something to that effect. I told him what I was in for and he pulled the car around. I looked at it and then we took it on a test drive. Pretty nice car but had a horrible sounding aftermarket exhaust, however it was still a contender because that is easily fixable. I did have a couple other cars on my list that I wanted to look at first but that I was interested and to give me the total price for the car out the door and if he wanted to put it on a purchase order he could that way I Could take it right to my bank and give it to them if I decided I wanted it. He sits down and starts to practice some sales tactics he must have just learned on me because he was really bad at it. (Lmfao). He then leaves and comes back about 5 minutes later and says my payments would be about 400 dollars a month. Excuse me? You somehow know the terms I was looking for? You know how much I was gonna put down? I said OK, can you please write all the numbers down for me? He said "no, it would be a waste of my time and yours since your gonna look at other cars, right? " I just got up and said "absolutely". Right then and there I decided I wouldn't buy a car from them (thanks for helping me out dude!) I've never had a salesperson anywhere tell me they wouldn't give me the full numbers. After we left but I decided to call the sales manager and let him know about my experience, as I am a sales manager myself and if one of my employees did that we would want to know so we could take corrective action. I talk to the sales manager, and he said he would be happy to give me numbers. I told him not to worry about it, as I wasn't gonna buy a car from them at this point, but that he should know what happened so he can talk with his employee. He couldn't have seemed any more disinterested. So, they don't seem to care to much about their sales service, so you shouldn't care to much about dealing with them, especially since there are plenty of other dealers out there. Toyota direct has always been good to deal with. Owell, there is a good chance I would have bought that one. Between me and my wifes cars and bikes we have bought 4 brand new motorcycles, 5 used motorcycles, and 6 used cars over the last 7 years.but owell, WRXs are a dime a dozen, on to the next one. Lol.

What good does it do to have an appointment? It took 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. We left and immediately had a low tire pressure. It hadn't been calibrated.

We had a great experience at John Hinderer Honda. Chris was very knowledgeable and took us a few test drives. He handled my million questions very well and was very patient with us. We were originally going to finance through our bank because we had a bad experience with a different dealership pulling our credit several times which was very hard to recover from. Henry in financing promised that they would only pull my credit ONE time and assured me he could get us an amazing rate. He delivered on both of those promises. He also trused us to bring our down payment in the next day at our leisure, even though we were taking our new car home that day. Henry was great to work with, a very smart, personable man. We also liked working with Kyle, he was very likeable and helped us with the car settings (we purchased a car with Honda Sensing) and made sure he answered any questions we had. We also loved all of the perks such as the points system, free oil change, and free car washes (they also said I could get my Kia washed for free too!) All in all we had a wonderful experience and drove away with our brand new 2018 Honda hatchback right off the showroom floor. We will definitely return when I decide to trade in my Soul for something newer!

My Mom and I just bought a used SUV from them last week that was just traded in and needed to be serviced and cleaned up. We didn't take it the night we picked it out due to the things that needed done. Now there are no complaints about the salesman or the finance department. They were great. We received no proof that any service was completed. And it was the worst "detail" in side I have ever seen. I think that the detail shop manager needs to check the work of the employees before delivery of vehicles. Just my opinion.

Bought two new cars. Took longer than it should have because they decided to wait until after we selected the cars to evaluate trades. Other than being there too many hours, experience was fairly good.

Second bad experience I’ve had with them in the span of two years. This is the kind of dealership that gives bad stigma to car dealers. If you choose to do business with them, take my advice and don’t take their word for anything. Get it all in writing.

2 1/2 hours for oil change and check engine light to be checked and check engine light is still on. Not sure the purpose of appointments when other places have walk-ins and you get in and out way faster than this. Disappointed about this entire experience and wouldn't recommend nor trust setting up any appointment here for your car maintenance.

Recently purchased a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned CR-V EXL from Dustin. Went in originally to look at used cars within a certain budget, Dustin showed me options after listening to what my wife and I where looking for. Definitely a great experience! Their service department is also amazing!

I want to thank Chris Banks for great customer service! There was a bump in the road getting my car to test drive since the key was lost but he reassured me they would get one made and they did! I have dealt with another Honda dealership but John Hinderer goes over the top on every degree! I believe this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I will definitely recommend John Hinderer Honda to friends and family!

Got my last car here, no problems, no pressure. I even bring my car here for servicing and they do a great job. Love it there and they have earned a long time customer from me.
