Got fair and honest good customer service on new motorcycle. I would recommened anyone to join the Honda team.

Great experience I had with Hindler Honda when purchasing my CB1K, great communication, prompt response, professional suggestions and best inventory in central Ohio! I rode over an hour to the showroom and flat I did it

They told me they would have my tube replaced today if I brought my tire in by 4pm. I brought my tire in at 12pm 4 hours earlier than previously discussed but when I came to pick up my tire 7 hours later the guy shrugged at me and said they didn't have time to get to it. 7 hours for a 30 minute job and they just didn't have the time? That's crazy bad customer service. I'll be looking into more reliable places to do business with.

MISLEADING. Good buying experience. Very knowledgeable salesman, Micah Williams. However, he led me to believe first 2 service appointments included free oil change and local pickup and delivery. When I called to schedule 100 mile service, I was informed that “maintenance service” would be $250.00 charge plus parts! That’s stealing money for techs to look at a new, perfectly running Honda Ranger! Shame on you, John Hinderer!

Most common bike honda ever sold and I couldn't even get them to look up a stockable part for me. Didn't even offer to try to order it.

Took test ride, asked questions, set-up repairs for broken tail light, and signed papers. Have not taken delivery.

Went in knowing I wanted to go home on a new bike thought I wanted one thing but they talked me in to trying a different one can’t be more happy this cb650r is great and I’m extremely happy with it everyone there was great and if they didn’t have the answers they made sure to get them for me

In a time when Honda Pioneer 700s are hard to come by, they called me, told me it was available, and held it for FREE! Jess took care of me from the moment I arrived and answered all my questions. The entire buying process took an hour and a half! I couldn't ask for a better experience. If you are in the market for a Honda, Hinderer is the place to go!

Been trying to get a Honda talon for days and left many voicemails! The manager has not even bothered calling or massaging back about the situation and just keep leading me on. I’m already approved and very disappointed with business here. From where I am sitting it does not seem like they actually want to sell it to me.

I was wowed by the service. Nobody sitting around. The mechanic stopped what he was doing to help me out. He scheduled my service. Had my talon scheduled for next day pick up. Never take your stuff to marysville just go to heath get it done right the first time, and be treated correctly here at john hindered honda powersports powerhouse

Terrible customer service, people who work there aren't very informed on what they are doing and should be let go
