Terrible customer service! I put a deposit on a can-am spyder in April for pre-order with Chris. I certainly understood everything is on backorder including various parts however I expected some outreach as a courtesy. Fast forward, I called the first week in July to inquire as I hadn't heard anything. I was told the can-am was in, it had been waiting on 3 parts two of which came in and were already put on and the last one to arrive the following day and I would receive a call to pick up. As of August 9th I have yet to receive a call. It is unfortunate, such a lack of basic customer service. I will definitely cancel and take my business elsewhere.

I had originally had written a poor review for Johnny K's of Lodi but they have since remedied the issue. I had brought my bike in for a front tire mount and balance. The first balance wasn't quite right so I brought it back in and within a day they a the tire re-balanced. They had left some of the adhesive residue from the first set of weights on and when I went to clean the bike up I noticed some gouges in my rim. This is what had made me write a poor review originally. Once the service manager had heard about my issue he had a new rim ordered for me within an hour from originally reaching out to me.
I was a little upset at first and honestly had concluded I would just go elsewhere for service in the future. After today, I realized why Johnny K's has such good overall reviews and won't hesitate to return in the future or service and my future power sports purchases.

Lots of good prices and sections of motorcycles. Waiting on a call from dealer about Honda Rebel 500.

First service experience was really good.

Second experience not so good. 3 weeks so far for oil change and clutch cable replacement.

Very rude low ballers very unprofessional will never step foot in there ever again. Never have any parts I need in stock because they tell me it’s a discontinued machine it’s a 2019 can am commander 800r and they never answer the phone and when they finally answer please hold

I contacted the dealership to inquire about a motorcycle I was interested in and they didn't have it, but in short order had one delivered from another location. I test road the bike and loved it, my credit is not great but Travis referred me to a lender that would work with me and I pick up the bike tomorrow. This is one outstanding dealership. If your so inclined give them a call.

We had a great experience at Johnny K's of Lodi. After initially driving to the Niles location and being told conflicting information we decided to drive the rest of the way to Lodi and it was well worth it! We worked with Maria Slota and Chris Phillips who sold us my son's klx 110R. Sometimes closer isn't always better and we will continue to go through Johny K's of Lodi! Thanks for the great and fast dealings!

Chris, Travis and Zach were awesome. My husband drove from Rochester NY to Lodi Ohio because Johnny K Auto Sport was the only dealer that knew what inventory was coming in over a period of months. They reserved exactly the ATV which we were looking for and let us know as soon as it arrived. Everyone was professional and friendly. It was a great experience and definitely worth driving the extra 10 hours!

Worked with Maria on a hard to find atv for the wife. She kept me updated on arrival and arrived when expected. Great place to do business, the whole staff was great.

Jim was awesome and made getting my cousin, my brother, and I these brand new groms super easy.

Took our bike in for a Spring service to beat the rush. They completed it on schede but did find a couple of small items that they recommended get fixes and I approved. Told me it would be a week to get the parts and complete those repairs. Called me the next day to let me know it was done. They are honest and so far our 2 for 2 on bearing the estimated completion date for repairs.

Our salesman Chris was amazing! He kept us updated the entire time we waited for our pre-order to come in. When it arrived and we went in to complete the sale Chris walked us through all the paperwork and everything we needed to know. Chris was very professional and friendly. Can't wait to work with him again
