I use Johns boot and shoe repair all the time. I will use it due to his friendly and professional service. John ended up learning my name and greets me by name. He completely fixed my boots that have been destroyed by military service and made them look brand new. I have recommended him to coworkers and family who need any kind of repair.

Needed zippers replaced, and he explained the type of zipper he was going to use and replace the metal ones with. The metal zippers are not too forgiving when it comes to all the movement of your ankle.

He's very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and takes care of his customers. Also very good at his profession which is a dying profession these days. The turn around was incredible. My Harley boots look better than when new, cleaned, polished and buffed to perfection.

John is the best. He was able to save my 2 pairs of designer shoes after a cobbler from hell in Cleveland messed them up so badly, by leaving glue residue in the shoes, damaging them, and putting the incorrect rubber sole protectors that were too thick on my heels and sandals. John truly knows what he’s doing and takes care of your shoes. I would definitely recommend anyone who’s looking to get rubber sole protectors done on designer shoes to come here.

Closed 10 min early and lost my business. I did drive 40 minutes to get there and was going based off of the hours posted.

I wouldn't take my Louboutin boots, heels, flats, sandals, and sneakers to anyone else.

I purchased a pair of second hand frye boots that needed new soles. Dropped them off on Saturday and received a text that they were done on Tuesday. John did an excellent job, not just repairing the soles but also applying waterproofing and shining them up. When I went to pick them up the following Saturday he was already open before the posted store hours. Excellent service and workmanship. I would definitely recommend John's Boot and Shoe Repair!
