7Delicious Summer Sausage especially the cheddar. Extremely neatly packaged meats, all vacuum sealed except ground which comes in bags. Taxidermist even said all capes that come from John's are well prepares and easy to work with. Prices are competitive, service is friendly, nothing more to ask for. Thanks John!

Johns Jerky is incredible! They processed my deer a week earlier than originally estimated, and everything turned out perfectly! The cheddar jalapeño and regular cheddar summer sausage is so addicting. They treat you like family, and do a professional job. Will definitely be taking all my deer to John's in the future!

Great people to work with and very reasonable pricing. We've been using John for at least 2-3 years, if not more, and have never had any kind of issue with our deer processing. We all love both the jalapeño cheddar and regular cheddar summer sausage/trail bologna, but especially our picky 3 year old girls who try to eat the entire roll in one sitting.
Honestly me and my dad got his buck done into jerky and trail baloney and it’s the best I have ever had jerky especially we got teriyaki and would 100 percent recommend this place
