The staff is always nice. Wait times could be a problem, but I can work with that. Plenty of time to rest and do some shopping while I wait on the load. I don’t mind coming here.

I have been waiting for my load going to Alabama for over 12hrs. Get on a door on the 9th hr and still have to wait, for them to load me. This is very unprofessional and the broker doesn't want to pay you for your time. This trucking ish is going down hill big time.

I did my check in 5 pm then my pickup was 9 pm right now is 11: 30 pm still waiting for get the dock door

trucks are waiting hours and days to get loaded
not ready, came next day when called and said load is ready.showed up and 4h and counting still not loaded
They acting like nothing is happening

Hey truckers don’t ever come here if your time is valuable because u will stay here more than 14 to 24 hours.

Arrived an hour before appointment and empty in half an hour.
Staff friendly and professional.
They also have a real restroom, not a stinky port a potty.
It was a pleasant experience!

Attention owner operators! DO NOT COME HERE! This place is unbelievably slow my appointment was for 8pm i checkedin 2: 40pm on door 1: 30pm now is 2 am next day they didn'tevenstart. I will never come back here! This place should be out of business!

Do yourself a favor, don't come here for a load. They just don't respect your time at all. I am not even going to mention the time I am waiting for a door assignment

Not sure what the fuss is about, got a dock as soon as I arrived. Plenty of room to back and maneuver. Shipping personal was friendly and informative. Average load times. You must side tandems back, disconnect red airline, chock wheels before getting loaded.

Worst place checked in around 3 pm yesterday they have not called me yet it's 7 am, what a waste of time, for a dry load,

It’s a trap drivers don’t come here after waiting 11 hours straight got a door the lady inside the office even can’t tells you how long it will be and they don’t let you to stay in facility and says we gonna call you for the door just go to Walmart which is 6 min away from the facility so very much depressed and quit after getting the door we are not their servants and we don’t deserve to be treated like this so be careful guys don’t waste your precious time here ….

Nice washroom
Backing space is pretty tight and difficult to back up in night very less lights
Has overnight parking but less spots
No appointment but got doc as soon as I checked in. Great place for mid night pickup.

Complete joke. Our driver was waiting 12 hours to get loaded and they didn't even start.
Pulled the driver out
Bad place, waste of time, close down this joke guys, you can not waste people time like that.if you get a load for this place please cancel
