Connie was very consistent and friendly to provide excellent customer service to me as a client a couple times when I called. She was very professional taking care of my concerns and met my needs each time. For Example, she went above and beyond to take care of request by adding my son on the policy and stayed over 10 minutes late over her working hour to update our insurance card by adding my son on the auto policy. This action provided us the peace of mind in order for him to drive in the next morning. Thanks again for everything she did very nicely for me and her clients.
