DO NOT COME HERE! Dr. Jones is a "just get it done" doctor, not an "I'm here to help you" doctor. Not only does he not take pride in his practice, he let's some under qualified, careless, and extremely unhelpful staff run his entire place. Despite there being 3-4 staff in the office at all times, hardly anyone answers the phone. Not only that, but if you call and leave a message, that message will never be returned. They are always miscommunicating with, and harassing patients. I experienced this countless times while going to Dr. Jones. And every time they messed something up, or didn't want to admit to their mistake, they ALWAYS found a way to blame it on the patient. Even when you have a genuine concern, they treat you like another name in a phone book. They don't treat people with respect or kindness, and they do not take your medical care seriously. Apart from that, they truly did not have the qualities to be certified in what they do. I experienced malpractice, lies TO MY FACE, and fear just because they didn't want to do things the right way. Whatever they can do to keep you away, they do. Especially two ladies. A lady named Sierra, and a lady named Jeanette (the office manager). They have the WORST attitude and ego, for things they don't even know how to do. Staff is a direct representation of the doctor. And nobody could say "please, don't come back" louder than Dr. Jones staff.

Please, don't let yourself or your kids fall victim to these careless unkind people. Find someone better, there's lots of neurologists.

SIERRA DePalmo. That’s the rude as hell person on this office. Very sad because we love Dr. Jones but todays rude behavior and demeanor of this women DePalmo takes the cake. She hangs up the phone, she screams my sons medical info on the phone and in person and all other patients hear everything. She makes it difficult to do anything or send messages to the Dr. She says what I say is “unbelievable” and “incredible” when I said I don’t have enough medicine for my son. A child with special needs that can spill medicine or whatever doesn’t have enough medicine how is that incredible? She is disgusting and everyone should know about her. Since day one she’s been incredibly disgusting as human being but I gave her the benefit of the doubt for my sons health since I wanted to see the neurologist! I Just cannot take it anymore and unless I receive an apology for Sierra DePalmos behavior I’ll get my sons records and go to Nationwide children’s hospital pediatric neurology department.

Dr Jones and his staff are AMAZING! The entire team is caring, empathetic and so very helpful. Dr. Jones is, himself, a caring and empathetic doctor! The front desk staff is AMAZING! The Nurses. AMAZING! I appreciate the team as a whole and appreciate the hard work they do every single day to care for their patients! Thank you Dr Jones and team!

I went to see Dr Jones for the first time last week. I was the most comfortable I have been with a doctor in years. He is very knowledgeable and very caring. His front staff ladies were very friendly and helpful. Dr Jones even helped me with things I didn’t even see him for. He is top notch and deserving of this 5 star review! Thank you Dr Jones and staff!

My son has been seeing Dr. Jones for over 10 years! While I think Dr. Jones does a good job managing my son's med and care, his current staff is so uncaring and has no compassion. To be fair, it's only one person. I called (in crisis) regarding my son's med and that we have been waiting on Dr. Jones to fill a form for our insurance to approve a new med that my son desperately needs. Instead of being compassionate and assuring me that she will find out why he's not getting my messages nor the pharmacy's request for more info, the person (I won't name names) immediately told me that I have an outstanding $23 bill (and not in a friendly tone)! I was so confused because (a) I've never not paid my bills and (b) what does this have to do with my call at the moment. She could have said it in a respectful and not demeaning way or at least resolve my serious concern with my son's medication situation first! I continued to ask how does this affect the insurance denying Dr. Jones' prescription? I also told her that there must be a mistake with their billing system. I even asked to speak to another front desk person that I've been in contact with for years regarding my son. In the end, she said that my tone was not welcomed and that I'm rude and she HUNG UP on me! How can you hang up on a parent who is in crisis for their son? I'm beyond baffled! This has never happened to me in the 10+ years my son has been a patient there. I don't write bad reviews because I give every business the benefit of the doubt. But this one. I can't believe she was more concerned about my outstanding bill of $23 (which again, is a mistake in their system) than my son's need for his med.

Dr jones helped me with so much with seizures and sleep apnea fantastic Dr and awesome staff.
