Had one appt.with Julie Russell after being very ill for 10 months and was super grateful for her insight and help. Followed her nutrition suggestions and am getting better by the day along with the help of my other specialist. She was very thorough and sent me home with paperwork to help me better understand my current diet limitations. Definitely recommend!
