Jump & Jack's, West Chester Township OH

Jump and Jacks is our favorite rainy day getaway! Our boys are ages 7 and 3, there are activities for both of them. The staff is courteous and caring. We are glad that we choose jump and jacks for our parties. Thank you guys!

We celebrated our kid's birthday party here. Staff is very cooperative and extremely helpful through out the party. All the invitees had a great time. I see staff vacuum cleaning very frequently and were trying to keep the premises very clean. Thank you again all the staff! We would love to come back any time!

The staff and their service was BEYOND amazing! Super friendly and helpful in taking care of a family that needed a little special treat. The play equipment was amazing, well kept and there's SOOOOOO MUCH room for the kid's to play. It would be a PERFECT birthday venue.

We were at the new year's party yesterday. We had a blast. The kids had an amazing time. Kids enjoyed so much the balloon drop at noon. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The major thing was that the facility was kept so clean all the time. I see employees are on top of cleaning stuff with so many kids making a mess. We would really love to come back. Thanks again, guys!

Was 2 dollars cheaper than kids club. Wasnt busy when we came. Didn't like the fact you can't bring out side food in. Also there isn't any child check to make sure your children don't get taken. Was told when I called that they clean every hour, we were there more than an hr and still haven't seen anyone

These guys are great! They communicate about the arrival and drop off times, and are punctual, they are very personable and always have a smile on their faces! Couldn’t ask for better service!

Playing area is good but poor management. They don’t think about how many people in side the building.
Even they didn’t take care of safety of children. It is only for kids but many old people or every patents are playing in the skids area and through the skid ring. It is not safety for kids here

We love this place, it’s our go-to for kid birthday parties. Very responsive and friendly employees, clear communication, and reasonable prices and policies. Super easy to work with…thank you!

Reserved a part, it was 10 mins after the reserved time.that we got the room. It wasn't cleaned and there was a sharp tack on the floor that I stepped on. The employee was never around like he said he was supposed to be. Other people ignored the reserved sign for the inflatables and got mad when I would try and tell them it was reserved. The pizza was as expected. The soda pitchers were flat and warm with no ice. Not worth the 300 that we spent. The only good thing is the giant play area for the kids. Save your money and just go for the much cheaper play area.

Yesterday I was there for a birthday party and the place is amazing. Super clean and the staff is very friendly who are ready to help. Food was great and the play area was super clean.

It’s a great place for little kids to play. I held a 2nd birthday party for my son there, and he enjoyed himself. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed, but my guess is lack of staff and the demand of guest. When I got there at my scheduled time the party host was taking orders at the desk for guest. So he was late getting us into the party room. He immediately wanted to get food and drinks ordered soon as we got in there. I had to explain to him to give me 10 or so minutes so I can see how many guest we have total. They should just keep the inflatables up on the weekends because even if you have it for a reserved party other kids come in there and jump and play. Which I didn’t care about the other kids coming in, because I know it is hard for little ones to understand what it means that they can’t play in a certain area. It’s just kind of silly to pay for something for 30 minutes of time and then be told you can’t use it anymore or a bunch of nonparty kids are in there also. They really need some type of child locks or something on the front doors. Small toddlers were running out to the street and being brought back in by strangers and workers because they ran right out both sets of doors. Also they need to move the huge ladders in the back of the building and install something so kids can’t run back there. For this to be a place catered to toddlers those are 2 huge safety issues.

It is not recommended to anyone, they do not offer any security, there are parent fights and the adolescents who work in the premises do not know how to work the situation, they invent what happened without having been present. Do not go it is an unsafe, dirty place, where you can easily find death.

The place is not clean. Big kids are in the toddler area and kids are climbing up the slides and the bathrooms are gross. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in awhile and used tables arnt clean for new customers. All over neglected.

It's a little far for me to drive. But, the kids Love this place. Even my 30 yr old daughter joins in on the fun with them. THey Love that! The play area is huge.the slide is Fun for everyone. I can't say enough about how much we enjoy Jum & Jacks. And the pizza is good also. The price for the kids to get in is Very reasonable. & their is no time limit< which make is all worth the drive. Great job ppl!

The inflatables aren't open to the public on weekends, they're only for parties. This information was on the website if you look carefully, but it wasn't obvious and I missed it when deciding to try this place out. There was no sign explaining this when we came in, and the sign outside the inflatables area was backwards when we came in, so we had no idea until they kicked us out of the section.

So now we've already paid the admission and I don't want to ruin my son's day by leaving, so he's playing in the playground, but we're not
going to get as much out of this visit. Why are weekends more expensive if it's only half the experience? And he has to see this fun area across the way that he's just not allowed to play in.

Great place for the kids to let off some energy on the colder wet Ohio days! Indoor climbing structure is great for all ages. The food is decent and not badly priced.we’ve been multiple times both when not busy and when swamped and it’s always the same one man running the entire place but he does an amazing job, is always respectful and keeps his head with kids and parents and definitely deserves a raise and recognition. This place would not be what it is without him no doubt about it!
