I bought shock from them last week thinking it was 12.5% turns out it was only 10%. I can buy 10% shock at rural king for for $15 a case they are selling for $30 a case I guess next time I'll look at percentage before I buy

Had an appointment for today, they decided to no call/no show. The guy at the store couldn’t care less. He gave us the number for to the tech that was supposed to be out (Isn’t that your job?) who didn’t answer. No idea when our pool is going to be opened. We made this appointment 5 weeks ago.

Absolutely terrible service.

I have been using these guys for 2+ years for opening and closing pool and maintenance during pool season. Normally I would give 5 stars but this year is different. Scheduled my pool opening for 4/25 back in January. No communication and no show on that day. Called shop to check in and was told they would get a message to the guy. No call back. Husband also checked in - no call back. Told by shop person that they would fit us in in the next 2-3 days. Contacted shop again on Wednesday to see what was going on. Again told they would get message to guy. Still no contact. Very difficult to get a replacement company to open pool before June now. Not sure what is going on but will not recommend if this is how they are treating us and lack of communication

Wonderful place with great service. I bought my first hot tub from Watson's which I know nothing about. Just add Water has spent time with me to teach me what I need to know. Definitely where I will be buying my supplies.
6 month update: still going once a week because I knew nothing about hot tubs, pH, alkalinity, chlorine versus free chlorine, scale, water hardness, hot tub itch, exedra. Definitely not as easy as just going onto Amazon and buying supplies! Who knew there was more than one type of chlorine not me. When they found out I had bought trichlor they printed me a paper about chlorine's and I found that extremely helpful. I had no idea I was supposed to be using dichlor. My hot tub came with 3 months supply of chemicals. Although it was advertised on Amazon for use on hot tubs it messed everything up. I've learned a lot but if I remember correctly, that's for swimming pools and doesn't stand up to heat. Since by this time I was at my 3 1/2 -month mark I was advised to drain it that it would be easier especially since cold weather was right around the corner. Once I used dawn to clean my scumball, so I got a bubble bath every night, and I mean bubble bath, bubbles that would start flowing over the side. Not a good idea. I would be balling my eyes out if it wasn't for these guys honestly. For someone who's never had a pool or hot tub this is a lot of new information! I just wanted to bake myself to a noodle and relax. Not to learn all of this but these guys have made it a real pleasure Watson's didn't bother to go over anything with me so I had no idea that I needed to know so much. I have new friends now lol, these 2 brother's are great. Always feels like I'm stopping by a friend's house to say hi, except I always leave with a little more knowledge, and a smile on my face)

I just love these guys! They are informative and helpful to all your pool and spa needs. They never try to over sell a product that you don't need. They also have a great pool testing station right there on the site. Their prices are fair too.

Had my hot tub winterized in 2019 by this company, I called them back in April of 2021 and asked if they could simply de winterize and help me with some stuff on my hot tub and they absolutely refused to take my calls, they tell me they will call me back and never do even after stopping in their new location. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service they have given me. I have offered to even pay cash for what is probably a one mile drive and a 20 min service call.unbelievable!

They are always very helpful, and they don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff that you don't need.
