I was blessed to chaperone my daughter’s 8th grade Washington DC trip and had an amazing time. The guide Deb, was amazing and kept the kids engaged…even on the bus! It was fast paced and filled with great knowledge and experiences of our Nation’s history. The bus driver, Kevin, was super experienced and a wonderful driver! Thank you, K&K Tours!

K&K Tours provides an exceptional tour experience! This is not a company that simply gets people to the sites. Their guides are fully trained and knowledgeable about DC and the many locations visited. In addition they provide excellent materials for students and teachers for material retention. Their staff go above and beyond to insure groups receive access to desired sites. Before trips K&K representatives travel to each school to fully inform and prepare parents about K&K's process and policies including the option to purchase trip insurance to cover cancellations. In reference to other negative reviews due to covid cancellations, every family was given the choice to obtain trip insurance. If they lost money for a canceled trip, they obviously refused to buy insurance, a choice they made at their own peril. Overall, K&K Tours is the gold standard for DC trips.

Despicable company! They took our money for the school Washington DC trip in 2020. We never got it back, and we had paid in full. That really hurt our family financially. We found out that the company received PPP money from the government and kept it for themselves instead of making their customers whole. I don't know how they're still in business.

We just finished a class your to D. C. Our driver was Mike and our guide was Dawn. They both exceeded my expectations. Dawn is excellent at keeping the kids attention and teaching them about our countries history. Mike is a top shelf driver and really friendly guy.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! We attended Piqua City schools and they are Refusing to offer a full refund d/t the pandemic! Awful services terrible this isn’t fair to these kids! I will be filling a report through the BBB to report them.

Cancelled us due to pandemic and won't give a refund, they won't return my calls. I'm very unhappy

Every other company in the world was understanding to the pandemic. Except K&K tours. Takes hundreds of dollars and they dont return calls. I will never recommend or give them anything ever again.

They should get a 0. K&K claims the vendors in DC is keeping our students DC trip money but refuses to give us the names of what vendors? I had 3 personal vacations trips planned that were cancelled this year and all returned money, especially in this situation. I was told K&K was keeping a portion to cover staff for booking trip twice. I hope they did not receive any PPE money or unemployment. I too have left 2 messages and K&K is not returning calls. This is not right dont trust this company!
